【摘要】：目的研究骶骨第1椎弓根傾斜角與骶骨耳狀面解剖形態(tài)的相關(guān)性,為骶髂關(guān)節(jié)骨折脫位經(jīng)皮骶髂螺釘固定提供解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 42塊干燥成人骶骨,在大體標(biāo)本和X線影像上分別測(cè)量耳狀面和第1椎弓根的相關(guān)參數(shù),并分析他們之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果耳狀面上、下半長(zhǎng)軸長(zhǎng)比值R1為0.86±0.15,根據(jù)其大小可將耳狀面分為L(zhǎng)型(R11)和f型(R11)。第1椎弓根傾斜角θ為(25.72±6.69)°,R1與θ呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論當(dāng)?shù)?椎弓根傾斜角較小時(shí),其耳狀面多為L(zhǎng)型,建議手術(shù)螺釘?shù)倪M(jìn)釘點(diǎn)偏下、小角度向內(nèi)上;當(dāng)?shù)?椎弓根傾斜角較大時(shí),其耳狀面多為f型,建議手術(shù)螺釘?shù)倪M(jìn)針點(diǎn)偏上、大角度向內(nèi)上。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the angle of the first pedicle of sacrum and the anatomic morphology of the sacral auricular surface, and to provide anatomic basis for percutaneous sacroiliac screw fixation of sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation. Methods 42 dry adult sacrum were measured on the gross specimens and X-ray images, and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results on the ear plane, the ratio of the length of the lower half axis is 0.86 鹵0.15. According to its size, the auricular surface can be divided into L type (R11) and f type (R11). The tilting angle of the first pedicle 胃 was 25.72 鹵6.69 擄R _ 1 and had a negative correlation with 胃. Conclusion when the tilting angle of the first pedicle is small, the auricular surface of the first pedicle is mostly L-shaped. It is suggested that the screw should be tilted inward at a small angle, and if the angle of the first pedicle is large, the auricular surface of the first pedicle is mostly of type f. It is suggested that the entry point of the operative screw is higher and the large angle is upward.
