致病性曲霉的耐藥性研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:隨著抗真菌藥物在臨床上的廣泛使用,致病性真菌的耐藥率越來越高,耐藥曲霉對(duì)侵襲性曲霉病的診治產(chǎn)生了重要影響。目前,致病性曲霉耐藥性的確定主要依靠抗真菌藥敏試驗(yàn)和分子診斷。在有關(guān)曲霉耐藥機(jī)制的研究中,報(bào)道最多的是曲霉對(duì)唑類藥物的耐藥,其機(jī)制主要包括外排泵表達(dá)增加、靶酶Cyp51突變和表達(dá)水平增高、形成生物膜,以及熱休克蛋白90(Hsp90)介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)通路參與而導(dǎo)致的耐藥。本文就上述領(lǐng)域近年來的主要進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of antifungal drugs in clinic, the drug resistance rate of pathogenic fungi is higher and higher. The drug resistance of Aspergillus sp. Has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive aspergillosis. At present, the determination of drug resistance of Aspergillus mutans mainly depends on antimicrobial susceptibility test and molecular diagnosis. Among the studies on drug resistance of Aspergillus sp., the resistance of Aspergillus to Azoles was reported most frequently. The mechanisms include increased expression of efflux pump, mutation and expression level of target enzyme Cyp51, and formation of biofilm. And heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90)-mediated signal pathway involved in drug resistance. This paper reviews the main progress in the above fields in recent years.
