上海市城區(qū)不同季節(jié)與晝夜時段成蚊種群動態(tài)的差異性研究

【摘要】:目的探索和分析同一區(qū)域不同季節(jié)及不同晝夜監(jiān)測時段蚊蟲種群動態(tài)的差異性。方法選取中心城區(qū)蚊蟲較容易出現(xiàn)的公園和綠化區(qū)域環(huán)境類型(上海市人民廣場及人民公園區(qū)域),按照地理分布設(shè)置5個監(jiān)測點,每天分為3個連續(xù)時段,連續(xù)224 d采用CO2誘捕法進行成蚊監(jiān)測。結(jié)果上海市城區(qū)中心地帶不同蚊種的月份分布差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=187.923,P0.01),淡色庫蚊為最優(yōu)勢蚊種〔13.35只/(d·臺)〕;季節(jié)分布,淡色庫蚊高峰期分布于5-6月〔19.93和28.19只/(d·臺)〕,白紋伊蚊和三帶喙庫蚊高峰期在7月〔10.77和8.79只/(d·臺)〕;晝夜節(jié)律方面,成蚊密度在3個時段的分布由高到低依次為夜晚和清晨時段(20:00至次日08:00)、傍晚時段(16:30-20:00)和白天時段(08:00-16:30);白天時段白紋伊蚊為優(yōu)勢種(構(gòu)成比為65.70%),其他2個時段淡色庫蚊為優(yōu)勢種(構(gòu)成比分別為78.14%和66.05%)。結(jié)論不同季節(jié)及不同晝夜時段成蚊密度和種群構(gòu)成差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,原因主要由不同成蚊的生態(tài)習(xí)性決定,研究中還發(fā)現(xiàn)較多與文獻記載存在明顯差異的現(xiàn)象,認(rèn)為可能與上海市的城市環(huán)境及城市光污染有關(guān),該影響因素有待進一步驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore and analyze the difference of mosquito population dynamics in different seasons and different diurnal monitoring periods in the same area. Methods the environmental types of parks and greening areas (Shanghai people's Square and people's Park) were selected, and 5 monitoring points were set up according to geographical distribution, which were divided into 3 consecutive periods every day. The adult mosquitoes were monitored by CO2 trapping method for 224th days. Results the monthly distribution of different species of Culex pipiens in downtown area of Shanghai was significantly different (蠂 2 187.923 P0.01g, Culex pipiens pallens was the most dominant species, 13.35 / d / d, and seasonal distribution, peak of Culex pipiens pallens was 19.93 and 28.19 / d in May-June). The peak periods of Aedes albopictus and Culex tritaeniformis were 10.77 and 8.79 in July. The distribution of adult mosquito density from high to low was 20: 00 in the evening and 20: 00 in the morning, 16: 30-20: 00 in the evening, and 08: 00-16: 30 in the daytime. Aedes albopictus was the dominant species in the daytime (the composition ratio was 65.70%, the other two periods were Culex pipiens pallens). The composition ratio was 78.14% and 66.05%, respectively. Conclusion there are significant differences in the density and population composition of adult mosquitoes in different seasons and different diurnal periods. The reasons are mainly determined by the ecological habits of different adult mosquitoes. It is suggested that it may be related to the urban environment and urban light pollution in Shanghai, and the influencing factors need to be further verified.
