【摘要】:微生物組學(xué)是新興學(xué)科,與腸道、代謝、生殖、神經(jīng)等大量慢性疾病相關(guān)。通過(guò)測(cè)序分析微生物組,主要包括16S rRNA和宏基因組兩大技術(shù)。16S rRNA數(shù)據(jù)分析主要包括序列處理、樣品多樣性分析及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析3個(gè)步驟。宏基因組數(shù)據(jù)分析主要包括序列處理、分類、注釋及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析4個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。隨著測(cè)序技術(shù)的升級(jí),測(cè)序成本將逐步降低,而大數(shù)據(jù)分析將成為核心內(nèi)容。數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和可積累性、通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)建模和預(yù)測(cè)疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展是未來(lái)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ),數(shù)據(jù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)以及數(shù)據(jù)本身價(jià)值的開發(fā)與保護(hù)價(jià)值將日益顯現(xiàn),培養(yǎng)和基于培養(yǎng)的功能驗(yàn)證將是未來(lái)的重點(diǎn)之一。人體微生物組學(xué)將闡述并調(diào)整人與微生物組之間的關(guān)系,此領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究有巨大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Microbiology is a new subject, which is related to many chronic diseases, such as intestinal tract, metabolism, reproduction, nerve and so on. The microorganism group was analyzed by sequencing, including 16s rRNA and macrogenome. 16s rRNA data analysis mainly included three steps: sequence processing, sample diversity analysis and statistical analysis. Macro genome data analysis includes four steps: sequence processing, classification, annotation and statistical analysis. With the upgrading of sequencing technology, the cost of sequencing will be reduced gradually, and big data analysis will become the core content. The standardization and accumulation of data, through data modeling and prediction of disease occurrence and development are the basis of future applications, data intellectual property protection and the development and protection of the value of data itself will become increasingly apparent. Cultivation and culture-based functional verification will be one of the key issues in the future. The relationship between human and microbiota will be elaborated and adjusted. There is great room for development in this field.
