【摘要】： 研究背景:自殺已經(jīng)成為全球重要的公共衛(wèi)生問題。自殺在中國死亡原因中已位居第5位。國內(nèi)外研究顯示人格是自殺行為產(chǎn)生的一個重要影響因素。但國內(nèi)外少數(shù)關于人格與自殺行為的研究,都是采用西方的人格量表,并且較多是關于自殺意念、自殺未遂群體的人格研究,采用心理解剖方法使用中國本土化工具對自殺死亡者的人格進行的研究尚未見報道。 目的:采用心理解剖方法對遼寧省莊河農(nóng)村自殺死亡者生前的人格特征進行了調(diào)查。通過對自殺組的兩個知情信息人、對照組本人及兩個知情信息人采用半結構式問卷進行面對面訪談獲得信息,從中國人人格量表的各個維度探討自殺死亡者的人格特征,以期更好的理解人格與自殺死亡的關系,對自殺行為的預防提供一定的理論依據(jù)。 方法:本研究選取了遼寧省莊河市2006年6月1日至2008年6月30日農(nóng)村自殺死亡者作為自殺組目標人,同時按照1:1的比例隨機抽取與自殺組目標人年齡(士5歲)、性別、居住地匹配的正常對照作為對照組目標人。每例訪談兩個信息人以及對照組本人,最后納入本研究的自殺病例及正常對照各109例,共訪談545(109×5)人。 結果:(1)農(nóng)村自殺死亡者的人格特征單因素分析中,自殺組在外向性(活躍、合群、樂觀)、善良(利他、誠信)、行事風格(嚴謹、沉穩(wěn))、才干(決斷、堅韌、機敏)、情緒性(耐性)、人際關系(寬和、熱情)、處世態(tài)度(自信、淡泊)七個維度和15個小因子方面與對照組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。(2)農(nóng)村男性自殺死亡者的人格特征單因素分析中,自殺組在外向性(活躍、合群、樂觀)、善良(利他、誠信)、行事風格(嚴謹、沉穩(wěn))、才干(決斷、堅韌、機敏)、情緒性(耐性)、人際關系(寬和、熱情)、處世態(tài)度(自信、淡泊)七個維度和15個小因子方面與對照組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。(3)農(nóng)村女性自殺死亡者人格特征單因素分析中,自殺組在外向性(活躍、合群、樂觀)、善良(利他、誠信)、行事風格(嚴謹、自制、沉穩(wěn))、才干(堅韌、機敏)、情緒性(耐性)、人際關系(寬和、熱情)、處世態(tài)度(自信、淡泊)七個維度和15個小因子方面與對照組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。(4)農(nóng)村男性自殺死亡者條件Logistic回歸分析結果顯示人格的外向性、行事風格、才干三個維度進入方程。農(nóng)村女性自殺死亡者條件Logistic回歸分析結果顯示人格的外向性、善良、才干三個維度進入方程。 結論:(1)人格與農(nóng)村自殺死亡有密切關系,農(nóng)村自殺死亡者的人格特征傾向于人際交往被動、情緒低落、愛挑剔、退縮、急躁、自我中心、安于現(xiàn)狀。(2)人格的外向性、行事風格及才干方面的特征是農(nóng)村男性自殺死亡的影響因素。人格特征傾向于不善言辭、不易親近、消極低落;不切實際、浮躁沖動;敢于決斷、缺乏毅力、回避困難的農(nóng)村男性容易自殺。(3)人格的外向性、善良及才干方面的特征是農(nóng)村女性自殺死亡的影響因素。人格特征傾向于不善言辭、不易親近、消極低落;容易遷怒、計較挑剔;猶豫不決、缺乏毅力、回避困難的農(nóng)村女性容易自殺。
[Abstract]:Research Background : Suicide has become an important public health problem in the world . Suicide has been in the fifth place in the cause of death in China . Domestic and foreign research shows that personality is an important factor in suicide . However , there are few studies on personality and suicide behavior at home and abroad .



Objective : To investigate the personality characteristics of suicide patients in rural areas of Liaoning Province by means of psychological dissection . Through face - to - face interviews of two persons with informed information , control group and two persons with informed consent , the personality characteristics of suicide patients are discussed from all dimensions of Chinese personality scale , so as to better understand the relationship between personality and suicide death , and to provide some theoretical basis for the prevention of suicide .



Methods : From June 1 , 2006 to June 30 , 2008 , the suicide group was selected as the target of the suicide group , and the normal controls matched with the target person ' s age ( 5 years ) , sex and place of residence were randomly selected according to the ratio of 1 : 1 as the target person in the control group .



Results : ( 1 ) In the single factor analysis of personality characteristics of suicide patients in rural areas , there were significant differences between suicide group and control group . ( 3 ) In the analysis of personality characteristics of female suicide in rural areas , the suicide group has significant difference compared with the control group in the seven dimensions of extroversion ( active , group , optimistic ) , kind ( interest , honesty ) , style of action ( strict , self - made , calm ) , interpersonal relationship ( broad and warm ) , attitude towards life ( self - confidence , light poise ) , interpersonal relationship ( wide and warm ) , attitude towards life ( self - confidence , light poise ) and 15 small factors . ( 4 ) The conditional logistic regression analysis of male suicide in rural areas shows that the extroversion , style and competence of personality enter the equation .



Conclusion : ( 1 ) The personality is closely related to the death of suicide in rural areas . The personality characteristics of suicide in rural areas tend to be passive , emotional and self - centered .
