文章摘要：我國(guó)是臨床疾病醫(yī)學(xué)研究樣本的資源大國(guó),但并不是創(chuàng)新大國(guó),解決疾病防治領(lǐng)域的諸多問(wèn)題迫切需要醫(yī)學(xué)科技創(chuàng)新突破。現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新突破需要基礎(chǔ)與臨床的整合,而整合的紐帶就是實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用和臨床治療的前期驗(yàn)證都要通過(guò)使用實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物來(lái)研究實(shí)現(xiàn)。我國(guó)生物醫(yī)藥科技領(lǐng)域在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中必須依托標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物。本研究全面闡述了實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物在生命科學(xué)、疾病機(jī)制、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)等創(chuàng)新研究中所發(fā)揮的不可替代的作用,并引申提出了為促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,規(guī)范并促進(jìn)我國(guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物科學(xué)發(fā)展的建議,以期為實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物在醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中發(fā)揮更重要的＂橋接作用＂提供依據(jù)。

Abstr：Our country is a leading nation of clinical and medical research resources, but not a big power of innova-tion. To solve the various problems in disease control and prevention, it is urgently needed to make new breakthrough in medical science and technology. Modern medical breakthrough innovation requires integration of basic and clinical medical sciences, and laboratory animals are just the bridging link of this integration. Both the translational application of basic medical research and the preliminary validation of clinical therapy are realized through laboratory animal stud-ies. In the international competition of biomedical science and technology, our works must be supported by qualified laboratory animals. In this article, we discuss the irreplaceable role of laboratory animals in researches of life science,disease pathogenesis, translational medicine, etc., and put forward our suggestions on standardization and promotion of the laboratory animal science to promote medical innovation and development in our country, in order to provide the basis for experimental animals in medical innovation to play a more important ＂bridging＂ effect.
