【摘要】：目的通過對多種消毒方式進行比較研究,對實驗動物屏障系統(tǒng)消毒方式的選擇提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取不同測定時間點(消毒前及消毒后的30 min,2h、6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h),檢查消毒完成前后實驗室的沉降菌最大平均濃度,比較各消毒方式最佳效果和持續(xù)時間;通過消毒劑在特定條件下對綠膿桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌進行殺滅實驗,比較消毒劑的殺菌率;以及各種消毒方式的優(yōu)缺點。結果兩種用甲醛的消毒方式效果最好;臭氧、過氧乙酸最佳消毒效果持續(xù)時間保持在48 h內(nèi);消毒泡騰片及84Ⅱ消毒液最佳消毒效果持續(xù)時間保持在24 h內(nèi);新潔爾滅消毒后沉降菌最大平均濃度未符合相關國家標準的規(guī)定,且沉降菌最大平均濃度增長速度較快。各消毒劑對兩種實驗菌株的殺菌率均在99%以上,但新潔爾滅對綠膿桿菌殺菌效果差。結論甲醛適用于屏障系統(tǒng)啟用前及可疑傳染時的消毒,臭氧、過氧乙酸適用于房間的整體消毒,消毒泡騰片、84Ⅱ消毒液、新潔爾滅適用于實驗動物室維持常規(guī)消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and study various disinfection methods, To provide the reference for the selection of disinfection methods for the barrier system of laboratory animals. Methods the maximum average concentration of bacteria in the laboratory before and after disinfection was determined at different time points (30 minutes before disinfection and 30 minutes after disinfection (30 min ~ 2 h ~ 6 h ~ (6) h ~ (24) h ~ (24) h) ~ (48) h ~ (-1) ~ 72 h ~ (-1)). To compare the best efficacy and duration of each disinfection method, to compare the germicidal rate of disinfectant on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus by disinfectant under certain conditions.
