【摘要】： 為了研究心理行為干預(yù)對(duì)乳腺癌康復(fù)期患者自我效能及生活質(zhì)量的影響,探討適合乳腺癌康復(fù)期患者的有效心理行為干預(yù)方法,為臨床有效地開(kāi)展對(duì)腫瘤病人康復(fù)工作提供依據(jù)。本研究選取符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用一般自我效能量表(GSES)、及生活質(zhì)量核心問(wèn)卷(QLQ-C30)在干預(yù)前后對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行心理測(cè)評(píng),比較干預(yù)前后兩組患者心理指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果顯示,干預(yù)組患者干預(yù)后自我效能得分較對(duì)照組明顯提高,生活質(zhì)量方面較對(duì)照組在軀體功能、角色功能、情緒功能、認(rèn)知功能、疼痛及總體生活質(zhì)量等方面均有改善。提示心理干預(yù)可以提高乳腺癌康復(fù)期患者的自我效能水平;有利于改善乳腺癌康復(fù)期患者不良心理健康狀況,提高患者應(yīng)對(duì)疾病的能力,增強(qiáng)抗癌信心,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量;本研究采用的心理干預(yù)方法具有較好的可行性和有效性,適于在社區(qū)中推廣使用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of psychological and behavioral intervention on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with breast cancer in rehabilitation period, the effective methods of psychological and behavioral intervention were discussed. In order to provide the basis for effective clinical rehabilitation of cancer patients, this study selected the subjects who met the criteria and were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. General self efficacy scale (GSESX) and QLQ-C30) were used to evaluate the psychological status of the two groups before and after the intervention. The results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups before and after intervention. The scores of self-efficacy in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group in body function, role function, emotional function and cognitive function. It is suggested that psychological intervention can improve the self-efficacy of patients with breast cancer in rehabilitation period, improve the poor mental health status of patients with breast cancer in rehabilitation period, and improve the ability of patients to deal with diseases. The psychological intervention method adopted in this study is feasible and effective, and it is suitable for popularizing and using in the community.
