【摘要】： 內(nèi)觀療法,作為一種發(fā)源于日本的典型東方心理學(xué)療法,不論從其方法論上抑或是理論基礎(chǔ)上都與西方的主流心理學(xué)療法有著相當(dāng)?shù)牟煌�。本文以一手的訪談?dòng)涗浺约艾F(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)回顧為基礎(chǔ),較為系統(tǒng)的考察了內(nèi)觀療法。由于內(nèi)觀療法自其發(fā)展伊始就以實(shí)踐入手,有著不重理論的傳統(tǒng),本文希望能夠以社會(huì)心理學(xué)當(dāng)中對(duì)宗教的理解來追溯內(nèi)觀的理論基礎(chǔ),著重論述內(nèi)觀療法與東方宗教以及東方哲學(xué)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Endogenous therapy, as a typical oriental psychological therapy originated in Japan. Whether in methodology or theoretical basis, it is quite different from the mainstream psychological therapy in the West. This paper is based on the first-hand interview records and the review of the existing literature. Since its development from the beginning of its development began with practice, there is not a theoretical tradition. This paper hopes to trace the theoretical basis of internal view with the understanding of religion in social psychology, and mainly discuss the relationship between internal view therapy, oriental religion and eastern philosophy.
