【摘要】:隨著嗜堿性粒細胞條件缺失技術(shù)的發(fā)展和高純度細胞分選技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)它是Th2細胞分化過程中主要細胞因子IL-4的早期產(chǎn)生細胞,可調(diào)節(jié)Th2型免疫應(yīng)答,進而參與Th2免疫相關(guān)疾病,如系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎等。此外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)嗜堿性粒細胞可表達MHC-Ⅱ類分子和共刺激分子,并可遷移至引流淋巴結(jié),攝取抗原并提呈給初始T淋巴細胞,參與抗原遞呈。本文對嗜堿性粒細胞在Th2型免疫反應(yīng)及相關(guān)疾病中的研究進展作一綜述。
