【摘要】：隨著嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞條件缺失技術(shù)的發(fā)展和高純度細(xì)胞分選技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,發(fā)現(xiàn)它是Th2細(xì)胞分化過(guò)程中主要細(xì)胞因子IL-4的早期產(chǎn)生細(xì)胞,可調(diào)節(jié)Th2型免疫應(yīng)答,進(jìn)而參與Th2免疫相關(guān)疾病,如系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎等。此外,還發(fā)現(xiàn)嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞可表達(dá)MHC-Ⅱ類(lèi)分子和共刺激分子,并可遷移至引流淋巴結(jié),攝取抗原并提呈給初始T淋巴細(xì)胞,參與抗原遞呈。本文對(duì)嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞在Th2型免疫反應(yīng)及相關(guān)疾病中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
