【摘要】: 目的:研究常體、熱體、寒體各組間在攻毒發(fā)熱后下丘腦PGE-2、AVP、血清中IL-1β含量變化。揭示不同體質(zhì)大鼠攻毒發(fā)熱后中樞發(fā)熱解熱介質(zhì)含量的變化與體質(zhì)的相關(guān)性。 方法:參照文獻(xiàn)造模方法,經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)改良飼養(yǎng)方法,復(fù)制常體、熱體、寒體大鼠模型。喂養(yǎng)大鼠四周后,每天固定時(shí)間測(cè)量大鼠肛溫,連續(xù)3天。常體組為均值±0.2℃,熱體或寒體組為均值±1℃,兩組體溫相差在2℃以上,證明造模成功。用大腸桿菌內(nèi)毒素攻毒法復(fù)制大鼠發(fā)熱模型,采用放射免疫法測(cè)定大鼠攻毒發(fā)熱后下丘腦PGE-2、AVP含量、血清中IL-1β的含量。 結(jié)果:常體、熱體、寒體不同體質(zhì)大鼠攻毒發(fā)熱后體溫波動(dòng)有差別,寒體組對(duì)攻毒反應(yīng)強(qiáng)烈,體溫波動(dòng)大,但反應(yīng)時(shí)間相對(duì)滯后,熱體組和常體組體溫波動(dòng)相對(duì)較小。發(fā)熱介質(zhì)IL-1β及PGE-2含量與ΔT變化曲線一致,1h IL-1β、PGE-2含量比較不同體質(zhì)之間存在顯著差異(p<0.05),3h常體組IL-1β、PGE-2含量大于寒體組(p<0.01)、大于熱體組(P<0.05),6h寒體組IL-1β含量小于熱體組(p<0.05),寒體組PGE-2含量小于常體組(p<0.01)。 負(fù)反饋因素AVP與體溫曲線呈反向變化,3hAVP熱體組小于寒體組(p<0.05),熱體組大于常體組(P<0.01),6h AVP寒體組大于熱體組(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論:體質(zhì)的差異決定了攻毒發(fā)熱后,中樞發(fā)熱和解熱介質(zhì)含量的差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the hypothalamic PGE-2 AVP in the hypothalamus after the attack of toxin and fever among the groups of normal body, hot body and cold body. The change of IL-1 尾 content in serum revealed the correlation between the changes of central fever and antipyretic medium in rats with different physical constitution. Methods: according to the method of model making in literature, the rat model of normal body, hot body and cold body was established by preexperiment and improved feeding method.
