【摘要】: 目的:探討流體剪切力對小鼠胚胎成骨細胞系mc3t3-el細胞增殖及細胞周期的影響。 方法:小鼠胚胎成骨細胞系mc3t3-el細胞受強度為12 dyne/cm2的流體剪切力刺激60分鐘,之后應用四甲基偶氮唑藍(MTT)法和流式細胞儀來檢測細胞的增殖能力和細胞周期。 結果:經(jīng)過流體剪切力作用后,小鼠胚胎成骨細胞系mc3t3-el細胞增殖能力明顯提高,細胞活性明顯增強。加力組S期細胞的百分比為(14.67-1.18)%,較對照組S期細胞的百分比(8.05-1.08)%,約增高82.2%(p0.01)。 結論:流體剪切力具有提高小鼠胚胎成骨細胞系mc3t3-el細胞增殖能力以及增強其細胞活性的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of fluid shear force on the proliferation and cell cycle of mouse embryonic osteoblast line mc3t3-el cells.
Methods: mouse embryonic osteoblast cell line mc3t3-el was stimulated by shear force of 12 dyne/cm2 for 60 minutes. Then, the proliferation and cell cycle of cells were detected by four methazolam blue (MTT) and flow cytometry.
Results: after fluid shear force, the proliferation ability of mc3t3-el cells increased significantly, and the activity of cells increased significantly. The percentage of S phase cells in the afterburner group was (14.67-1.18)%, which was increased by 82.2% (P0.01) compared with the percentage of S phase cells (8.05-1.08)% in the control group.
Conclusion: fluid shear force can enhance the proliferation of mouse embryonic osteoblast mc3t3-el cell line and enhance its cell activity.
