【摘要】： 目的:了解大學(xué)生自殺意念發(fā)生現(xiàn)況,識(shí)別與篩選有自殺意念的高危個(gè)體,探討自殺意念發(fā)生的主要影響因素;為開展該人群的自殺危機(jī)干預(yù)工作提供參考依據(jù)。 方法:用分層整群抽樣方法抽取某高校4 333名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查;以貝克抑郁評(píng)價(jià)量表第七條目的回答作為篩選有無自殺意念的依據(jù)并篩選高危個(gè)體;通過x~2檢驗(yàn)、t檢驗(yàn)、秩和檢驗(yàn)和多因素的logistic回歸模型篩選大學(xué)生自殺意念產(chǎn)生的主要影響因素;用個(gè)體深入訪談方法定性分析高危個(gè)體產(chǎn)生自殺意念的原因。 結(jié)果:①在近一周內(nèi),有自殺意念者為260人;自殺意念的發(fā)生率為7.4%;其中男性159人(9.2%),女性98人(5.6%)。②多因素分析顯示大學(xué)生自殺意念發(fā)生的影響因素有:生活費(fèi)用來源于父母(OR=0.48,P=0.03)、積極應(yīng)對(duì)(OR=0.61,P=0.02)、對(duì)自殺行為性質(zhì)持中立態(tài)度(OR=0.26,P=0.00)是防止大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)自殺意念的保護(hù)因素,而大學(xué)生受懲罰因子(OR=1.10,P=0.00)、輕度抑郁(OR=3.54,P=0.00)、中度抑郁(OR=11.58,P=0.00)和重度抑郁(OR=124.59,P=0.00)是自殺意念產(chǎn)生的危險(xiǎn)因素。③用比例法和權(quán)重法分析訪談資料,結(jié)果顯示7類自殺意念發(fā)生原因的出現(xiàn)率分別如下:家庭關(guān)系(比例法50.00%,權(quán)重法24.54%)、人際關(guān)系(58.33%,10.84%)、學(xué)業(yè)壓力(49.99%,14.16%)、前途壓力(41.67%,8.47%)、經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力(25.00%,7.17%)、健康狀況(16.99%,8.34%)和媒體影響(8.33%,6.67%)。 結(jié)論:大學(xué)生生活費(fèi)用來源于父母、積極應(yīng)對(duì)、對(duì)自殺行為性質(zhì)持中立態(tài)度、受懲罰因子、輕度抑郁、中度抑郁和重度抑郁是自殺意念產(chǎn)生的影響因素。而外部誘導(dǎo)與內(nèi)心沖突的相互作用是大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)自殺意念的原因。外部誘導(dǎo)表現(xiàn)家庭關(guān)系、學(xué)業(yè)壓力、人際關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力、前途壓力、健康狀況和媒體影響。內(nèi)心沖突表現(xiàn)為大學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)問題與解決問題方式、方法上的偏差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the current status of suicide ideation among college students, identify and screen high-risk individuals with suicidal ideation, and explore the main influencing factors of suicidal ideation.
Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted with stratified cluster random sampling, 4333 college students in a university; Beck Depression Rating Scale seventh to answer as a screening basis and no Dutch act ideation screening of high-risk individuals; by x~2 test, t test, main factors affecting the rank sum test and multivariate logistic regression model for screening of College students Dutch act ideation with qualitative in-depth interviews; analysis of high-risk individuals causes Dutch act ideation.
Results: in the past week, 260 people have Dutch act ideation; Dutch act ideation rate was 7.4%; 159 males, 98 females (9.2%) (5.6%). The multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the ideation of college students Dutch act: the cost of living from their parents (OR= 0.48, P=0.03), positive coping (OR=0.61, P=0.02), a neutral attitude to nature Dutch Act (OR=0.26, P=0.00) is to prevent the students there are protective factors Dutch act ideation, and college students' punishment factor (OR=1.10, P=0.00), mild depression (OR=3.54, P=0.00), moderate depression (OR=11.58, P=0.00) and severe depression (OR=124.59. P=0.00) is a risk factor for Dutch act ideation. Analysis of interview data with proportion method and the weighting method, results show that the 7 kinds of causes respectively Dutch act ideas as follows: family relationship (50% ratio method, weight 24.54%), interpersonal relationships (58.33%, 10.84%), academic pressure (49. 99%, 14.16%), future pressure (41.67%, 8.47%), economic pressure (25%, 7.17%), health (16.99%, 8.34%) and media impact (8.33%, 6.67%).
Conclusion: college students living expenses from their parents, positive coping, neutral attitude to Dutch act behavior, punishment factor, mild depression, moderate depression and severe depression are the factors influencing ideation. Dutch act and external induced by interaction with the inner conflict caused Dutch act ideation students. The performance of family relations, induced by external academic pressure, interpersonal relationship, economic pressure, future pressure, health status and media influence. Inner conflict performance for students' understanding and solving problems, deviation method.
