【摘要】： 前臂內(nèi)側(cè)皮神經(jīng)(Medial forearm cutaneous nerve,MACN)在腋腔內(nèi)由臂叢內(nèi)側(cè)束起始后,首先行經(jīng)腋動、靜脈之間,然后走在腋靜脈的內(nèi)側(cè)向遠側(cè)行進入臂部與肱靜脈伴行,行于臂部深筋膜深面與肱靜脈之間。前臂外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)(Forearm lateralcutaneous nerve,LCAN)在腋腔內(nèi)由臂叢外側(cè)束發(fā)出,它穿出喙肱肌后,走在肱二頭肌及肱肌之間,終末支在肘窩處穿出深筋膜。位于頭靜脈深面、內(nèi)側(cè)或外側(cè)。前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)目前多用于神經(jīng)修復(fù)及移植。由于前臂內(nèi)側(cè)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)分支較多,且分布的類型和相關(guān)解剖學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)變異較大,從而使臨床上修復(fù)周圍神經(jīng)損傷及皮神經(jīng)移植面臨一定的困難。另外至目前為止,雖然有些學(xué)者結(jié)合臨床皮瓣神經(jīng)的應(yīng)用和創(chuàng)傷修復(fù),對上肢前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)進行了一些觀察,然而對成人的前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)與淺表靜脈關(guān)系,前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)淺出點及止點位置,以及體表投影的應(yīng)用研究甚少。為此,本研究利用30側(cè)成人上肢標本,在測量前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)解剖學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的同時,對前臂內(nèi)、外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)的體表投影進行了全面細致的研究,以期為臨床治療提供重要的解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Medial forearm cutaneous (forearm) of the medial forearm cutaneous nerve were first transaxillary and intervenously initiated by the medial bundle of the brachial plexus in the axillary cavity. Then walk to the medial side of the axillary vein and enter the brachial vein with the brachial vein. Between the deep fascia of the arm and the brachial vein. Forearm lateralcutaneous nerve of the lateral cutaneous nerve of the forearm. LCAN (LCAN) comes from the lateral bundle of brachial plexus in axillary cavity. It passes through the coracobrachial muscle, walks between the biceps brachii and brachialis muscle, and the terminal branch penetrates deep fascia at the cubital fossa. It is located on the deep surface of the cephalic vein, medial or lateral, and in the forearm. At present, the lateral cutaneous nerve is mostly used for nerve repair and transplantation. Because of the medial forearm, there are many branches of the lateral cutaneous nerve, and the distribution types and related anatomical data vary greatly. So it is difficult to repair peripheral nerve injury and cutaneous nerve transplantation in clinic. In addition, up to now, some scholars have combined the application of clinical flap nerve and wound repair to the forearm of upper limb. Some observations were made on the lateral cutaneous nerve, however, the relationship between the lateral cutaneous nerve and the superficial vein in the adult forearm, the location of the superficial point and the stop point of the lateral cutaneous nerve in the forearm. For this reason, 30 adult upper limb specimens were used to measure the basic anatomical data of the forearm and lateral cutaneous nerve. The surface projection of lateral cutaneous nerve was studied in detail in order to provide important anatomical basis for clinical treatment.
