    中國應(yīng)用生理學(xué)雜志000123 摘要 目的：幫助醫(yī)學(xué)研究工作者提高對常見統(tǒng)計(jì)應(yīng)用錯(cuò)誤的識(shí)別能力，提高對統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué) 的正確利用率。方法：明確闡述各種常見醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)類型的異同點(diǎn)和應(yīng)用 場合，揭示常見統(tǒng)計(jì)應(yīng)用錯(cuò)誤的實(shí)質(zhì)和危害性。結(jié)果：給出不適合用t 檢驗(yàn)取代方差分析的充足理由和正確運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的基本要領(lǐng)。結(jié)論：要提高實(shí)際 工作者的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)應(yīng)用水平，需要經(jīng)常對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)培訓(xùn)，積極引導(dǎo)他們與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)工作者開展 科研協(xié)作。

    ABSTRACT

    Aim: To improve the medical researchers' discriminative analysis of misu sed common statistics and the correct utilization ratio of statistics. M ethods: To expound clearly the similarities and differences and the appl icability of various common design types in medical experiments, and to reveal t he cause and harm of these common errors in statistical application. Res ults: To present the sufficient reasons for irreplacability of the analy sis of variance by t-test and main points concerning correct application of st atistics. Conclusion: Improvement of their utilization of statistics requires that medical researchers should receive constant training in statistic s and guidance in order to cooperate with statisticians in the scientific and re search work. ......
