【摘要】：本文主要探討5-羥甲基糠醛(5-HMF)對(duì)過氧化氫(H2O2)誘導(dǎo)人臍靜脈血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞(HUVECs)損傷及凋亡的保護(hù)作用及機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明,5-HMF通過降低與凋亡過程直接相關(guān)的Caspase-3 and NF-κB表達(dá),增加Bcl-2表達(dá),從而抑制H2O2誘導(dǎo)人臍靜脈血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞凋亡,并降低了NO含量,減輕H2O2對(duì)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的損傷作用。5-HMF可以緩解血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能障礙和相關(guān)并發(fā)癥,對(duì)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞具有保護(hù)作用。
