【摘要】：正糖尿病高血糖可引起的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀包括幻覺(jué)、譫妄、昏迷、癲癇、類卒中綜合征等,而偏側(cè)舞蹈癥較少見(jiàn)[1]。我們臨床診治了1例患者,既往有糖尿病病史,以偏側(cè)舞蹈癥為主要臨床表現(xiàn),現(xiàn)匯報(bào)如下。1病例介紹患者,女,61歲,退休。以"右側(cè)肢體不自主運(yùn)動(dòng)1 m"為主訴收住院�；颊�1 m前出現(xiàn)右上肢及右側(cè)足趾不自主運(yùn)動(dòng),右面部不自主擠眉弄眼,癥狀持續(xù)時(shí)間不定,每日發(fā)作1~4次,睡眠時(shí)癥狀消失,無(wú)肢體麻木及無(wú)力,無(wú)肢體抽搐,無(wú)
[Abstract]:The neurological symptoms caused by hyperglycemia in normal diabetes include illusion, delirium, coma, epilepsy, stroke syndrome and so on, while lateral chorea is rare [1]. We have diagnosed and treated a patient with a history of diabetes mellitus, with lateral chorea as the main clinical manifestation. 1 case introduction, female, 61 years old, retired. The patients were admitted to hospital with "1 m movement of the right limb" as the main complaint. Before 1 m, the right upper limb and right toe did not move autonomously, the right face could not extrude eyebrows, the duration of symptoms was uncertain, the symptoms occurred 4 times a day, the symptoms disappeared during sleep, no numbness and weakness of limbs, no convulsions of limbs.
