【摘要】：目的漢化慢性病病恥感量表(SSCI)并檢驗(yàn)其在腦卒中患者中的信效度。方法通過翻譯、回譯、專家小組評(píng)定及文化調(diào)試,建立SSCI中文版。于2016年3—6月采用方便抽樣法在天津市2家社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心選取腦卒中患者204例進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括患者基本情況、SSCI、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)、Barthel指數(shù)(BI)、12條簡(jiǎn)明健康狀況調(diào)查問卷(SF-12)。采用臨界比值法、相關(guān)性分析對(duì)量表進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分析,采用內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(CVI)評(píng)價(jià)量表內(nèi)容效度,采用因子分析法評(píng)價(jià)量表結(jié)構(gòu)效度,根據(jù)SSCI得分與SDS、BI、SF-12得分的相關(guān)性評(píng)價(jià)量表構(gòu)念效度,采用Cronbach'sα系數(shù)、重測(cè)信度評(píng)價(jià)量表信度。結(jié)果項(xiàng)目分析結(jié)果顯示:中文版SSCI能夠鑒別高分組和低分組(P0.01);內(nèi)在病恥感、外在病恥感維度得分與量表總分呈線性正相關(guān)(r值分別為0.955、0.900,P0.01),各條目得分與量表總分均呈線性正相關(guān)(r值為0.472~0.806,P0.01),內(nèi)在病恥感維度的13個(gè)條目得分與該維度得分呈線性正相關(guān)(r為0.673~0.807,P0.01),外在病恥感維度的11個(gè)條目得分與該維度得分呈線性正相關(guān)(r為0.519~0.845,P0.01)。各條目CVI為0.800~1.000,總量表CVI為0.932。探索性因子分析共獲得3個(gè)公因子,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為65.586%,各條目在其相應(yīng)維度上的因子載荷為0.463~0.850。SSCI得分與SDS得分呈線性正相關(guān)(r=0.609,P0.01),與BI、SF-12中心理功能(MCS)、生理功能(PCS)得分呈線性負(fù)相關(guān)(r值分別為-0.486、-0.524、-0.462,P0.01)�？偭勘淼腃ronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.951,內(nèi)在病恥感和外在病恥感維度的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)均為0.927;總量表的重測(cè)信度為0.881,內(nèi)在病恥感和外在病恥感維度的重測(cè)信度分別為0.927、0.797。結(jié)論漢化版的SSCI具有較好的信效度,可在我國(guó)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病病恥感的相關(guān)研究中使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of Chinese chronic disease shame scale (SSCI) in stroke patients. Methods the Chinese version of SSCI was established by translation, re-translation, expert group evaluation and cultural debugging. From March to June 2016, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 204 stroke patients in two community health service centers in Tianjin, including the basic situation of the patients and 12 concise health status questionnaires (SF-12) with SSCI, self-rating depression scale (SDS), Barthel index (BI), (SF-12). The critical ratio method and correlation analysis were used to analyze the items of the scale, the content validity index (CVI) was used to evaluate the content validity of the scale, the factor analysis method was used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale, the construct validity of the scale was evaluated according to the correlation between SSCI score and SDS,BI,SF-12 score, and the reliability of the scale was evaluated by Cronbach's 偽 coefficient and retest reliability. Results the results of project analysis showed that the Chinese version of SSCI could distinguish high score group from low score group (P 0.01). There was a linear positive correlation between the scores of internal shame and external shame and the total score of the scale (r = 0.955, 0.900, P 0.01), a linear positive correlation between the scores of each item and the total score of the scale (r = 0.472 = 0.806, P 0.01), and a linear positive correlation between the scores of 13 items of the dimension and the score of the dimension (r = 0.673, P 0.01), and there was a linear positive correlation between the score of the dimension and the total score of the scale (r = 0.955, 0.900, P 0.01), and there was a linear positive correlation between the scores of 13 items and the score of the scale.
