【摘要】：正新的WHO分類中彌漫性膠質(zhì)瘤定義更為精確,包括1p/19q共缺失、IDH1/2突變和組蛋白H3-K27M突變。該文目的是法國POLA研究組對更新的WHO(2016)分類的預(yù)后價值進(jìn)行評估。所有送至中心行病理檢查和納入法國全國性POLA隊列研究中的高級別少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞瘤,根據(jù)修訂的第四版WHO分類進(jìn)行重新分類。該研究共1 041例患者,診斷中位年齡50.4歲(17.1~84.4歲)。根據(jù)新的組織分
[Abstract]:The new WHO classification is more precise in the definition of diffuse glioma, including 1p/19q co-deletion, IDH1/2 mutation and histone H3-K27M mutation. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of the updated WHO (2016) classification by the French POLA team. All advanced oligodendrocytomas sent to the center for pathological examination and included in the French national POLA cohort study were reclassified according to the revised fourth edition WHO classification.
