【摘要】：目的:探討腦膜瘤組織病理表型與其WHO分級及預后的相關性。方法:采用免疫組化檢測120例腦膜瘤病理標本中Vimentin、EMA、S-100、GFAP、Ki67、P53的表達,分析以上分子與腦膜瘤WHO分級、術后復發(fā)的相關性。結果:(1)120例腦膜瘤中Vimentin均為陽性表達,EMA平均表達陽性率為90%,Vimentin和EMA表達在3組WHO分級腦膜瘤的組織中差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。(2)S-100平均表達陽性率為23%,在3組WHO分級的腦膜瘤中差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;GFAP平均表達陽性率為4%,在WHOⅡ級腦膜瘤中表達明顯高于WHOⅠ級與WHOⅢ級。(3)Ki67和P53的平均陽性表達率為46%和32%,兩者均隨著腦膜瘤WHO級別升高而表達增高。(4)Ki67的表達與腦膜瘤的復發(fā)有相關性。結論:Vimentin和EMA的組織表達陽性可作為腦膜瘤的分子診斷特征;Ki67和P53與腦膜瘤惡性程度密切相關,可以作為良惡性鑒別的分子標志物;Ki67可作為腦膜瘤復發(fā)的預后指標之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between pathological phenotype and WHO grade and prognosis of meningioma. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Vimentin,EMA,S-100,GFAP,Ki67,P53 in 120 cases of meningioma. The correlation between the above molecules and the WHO grade of meningioma and recurrence after operation was analyzed. Results: (1) the expression of Vimentin was positive in 120 cases of meningioma, and the average positive rate of EMA was 90%. There was no significant difference between the expression of Vimentin and EMA in the three groups of patients with WHO grade meningioma. (2) the average positive rate of S-100 expression was 23%.
