【摘要】：目的:探討腦膜瘤組織病理表型與其WHO分級(jí)及預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組化檢測(cè)120例腦膜瘤病理標(biāo)本中Vimentin、EMA、S-100、GFAP、Ki67、P53的表達(dá),分析以上分子與腦膜瘤WHO分級(jí)、術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)120例腦膜瘤中Vimentin均為陽(yáng)性表達(dá),EMA平均表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為90%,Vimentin和EMA表達(dá)在3組WHO分級(jí)腦膜瘤的組織中差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。(2)S-100平均表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為23%,在3組WHO分級(jí)的腦膜瘤中差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;GFAP平均表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率為4%,在WHOⅡ級(jí)腦膜瘤中表達(dá)明顯高于WHOⅠ級(jí)與WHOⅢ級(jí)。(3)Ki67和P53的平均陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為46%和32%,兩者均隨著腦膜瘤WHO級(jí)別升高而表達(dá)增高。(4)Ki67的表達(dá)與腦膜瘤的復(fù)發(fā)有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:Vimentin和EMA的組織表達(dá)陽(yáng)性可作為腦膜瘤的分子診斷特征;Ki67和P53與腦膜瘤惡性程度密切相關(guān),可以作為良惡性鑒別的分子標(biāo)志物;Ki67可作為腦膜瘤復(fù)發(fā)的預(yù)后指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between pathological phenotype and WHO grade and prognosis of meningioma. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Vimentin,EMA,S-100,GFAP,Ki67,P53 in 120 cases of meningioma. The correlation between the above molecules and the WHO grade of meningioma and recurrence after operation was analyzed. Results: (1) the expression of Vimentin was positive in 120 cases of meningioma, and the average positive rate of EMA was 90%. There was no significant difference between the expression of Vimentin and EMA in the three groups of patients with WHO grade meningioma. (2) the average positive rate of S-100 expression was 23%.
