自噬在帕金森癥中的研究進展

【摘要】:自噬是維持正常細胞穩(wěn)態(tài)所必需的一種動態(tài)自我降解和再循環(huán)過程,其最終目的是通過溶酶體蛋白酶降解底物,清除細胞內(nèi)異常蛋白質(zhì)和受損細胞器,維持細胞正常功能。越來越多的研究表明,病理情況下,神經(jīng)細胞自噬紊亂與帕金森癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展具有密切聯(lián)系。論文綜述了近年來自噬功能紊亂在帕金森癥中的研究進展,介紹了帕金森癥相關(guān)基因與自噬的關(guān)系,并討論了靶向自噬的帕金森癥治療手段。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is a dynamic self-degradation and recirculation process necessary to maintain the homeostasis of normal cells. The ultimate aim of autophagy is to remove abnormal proteins and damaged organelles by lysosomal protease and to maintain the normal function of the cells. More and more studies have shown that neuronal autophagy is closely related to the development of Parkinson's disease. This paper reviews the research progress of autophagy dysfunction in Parkinson's disease in recent years, introduces the relationship between Parkinson's disease related genes and autophagy, and discusses the therapeutic methods of Parkinson's disease targeting autophagy.
