【摘要】：目的觀察丁苯酞注射液聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉治療急性腦梗死的臨床效果。方法 90例急性腦梗死患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為聯(lián)合組、丁苯酞組、依達(dá)拉奉組,各30例。聯(lián)合組給予丁苯酞聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉治療、丁苯酞組采用單純丁苯酞治療、依達(dá)拉奉組采用單純依達(dá)拉奉治療。觀察三組患者臨床療效。結(jié)果停藥2周后,三組患者美國國立衛(wèi)生卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)分較治療前均降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);且聯(lián)合組NIHSS評(píng)分為(5.1±2.6)分,低于丁苯酞組的(8.7±3.3)分和依達(dá)拉奉組的(9.1±3.5)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后聯(lián)合組顱腦CT改善優(yōu)于丁苯酞組和依達(dá)拉奉組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論丁苯酞注射液聯(lián)合依達(dá)拉奉可顯著改善急性腦梗死患者的神經(jīng)功能,降低腦組織缺血缺氧損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of butyphthalide injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups: butyphthalide group and Edaravone group. The combined group was treated with butyphthalide combined with Edaravone, the butyphthalide group was treated with butyphthalide alone, and the Edaravone group was treated with Edaravone alone. To observe the clinical effect of three groups of patients. Results after two weeks of withdrawal, the (NIHSS) scores of the National Health Stroke scale in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05). The NIHSS score of the combined group was (5.1 鹵2.6), lower than that of the butyphthalide group (8.7 鹵3.3) and the Edaravone group (9.1 鹵3.5), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the improvement of CT in combined group was better than that in butyphthalide group and Edaravone group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion butyphthalide injection combined with Edaravone can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction and reduce cerebral ischemia and hypoxia injury.
