【摘要】：目的探討DSA在急性缺血性腦血管病介入治療中的應(yīng)用價值。方法回顧性分析2014年1月至2015年12月在DSA下行介入治療的64例急性缺血性腦血管疾病患者臨床病例資料,分析DSA的應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果 64例急性缺血性腦血管疾病經(jīng)DSA檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),血管正常者12例,比例為18.8%,血管異常者52例,比例為81.2%,血管異常者中交通動脈瘤者28例(53.8%)、大腦動脈狹窄3例(5.8%);在DAS下行介入治療后,患者血管直徑和面積狹窄程度、病變的最小直徑和長度均明顯優(yōu)于治療前,治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在急性缺血性腦血管疾病預(yù)防和治療期間實施DSA檢查有助于提高患者疾病檢出率,此外在DSA檢查下行介入治療能減輕患者血管狹窄病變程度,該方法值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of DSA in interventional therapy of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods the clinical data of 64 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated with interventional therapy in DSA from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and the application effect of DSA was analyzed. Results among 64 cases of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, 12 cases were found to have normal blood vessels, 52 cases were abnormal vessels, and the proportion was 81.2%. Among them, 28 cases (53.8%) were aneurysms of communicating artery. Cerebral artery stenosis in 3 cases (5.8%); After interventional therapy with DAS, the diameter and area of vessel stenosis, the minimum diameter and length of lesion were significantly better than those before and after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion during the course of prevention and treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, DSA examination is helpful to improve the detection rate of disease. In addition, interventional therapy under DSA examination can reduce the degree of vascular stenosis in patients, and this method is worth popularizing.
