【摘要】：正抗γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)B型受體腦炎(抗GABAB受體腦炎)是一種自身免疫相關(guān)性腦炎,國(guó)內(nèi)自2014年高燕等~([1])首次報(bào)道以來,陸續(xù)有少量文獻(xiàn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行個(gè)案或小樣本研究報(bào)道,現(xiàn)將本院診治的1例抗GABAB受體腦炎病例報(bào)道如下,以增加臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)該病的認(rèn)識(shí)。1病例資料患者,男性,51歲,主因發(fā)作性抽搐20 d,加重
[Abstract]:Positive anti-gamma aminobutyric acid (緯-aminobutyric acid,GABA) B receptor encephalitis (anti GABAB receptor encephalitis) is an autoimmune associated encephalitis. A small number of documents have been reported on the case or small sample study of the disease. One case of anti GABAB receptor encephalitis treated in our hospital is reported as follows, in order to increase the clinical doctors' understanding of the disease. 1 case data of the patient, male, 51 years old. The main cause of seizure is 20 days, aggravation.
