【摘要】：目的探討早期康復(fù)訓(xùn)練在急性腦梗死患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 140例急性腦梗死患者,根據(jù)隨機抽簽原則分為觀察組和對照組,各70例。對照組采用常規(guī)神經(jīng)內(nèi)科干預(yù)(即體位管理和基本健康教育指導(dǎo)),觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上采用早期康復(fù)訓(xùn)練干預(yù)。比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果入院時,兩組患者Barthel、Fugl-Meyer評分比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)1個月后,兩組Barthel、Fugl-Meyer評分均較入院時明顯提高;且觀察組Barthel評分為(60.23±5.23)分、FuglMeyer評分為(64.23±5.09)分,均高于對照組的(51.22±4.87)、(52.22±5.40)分,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組總有效率為92.86%,高于對照組的80.00%,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論早期康復(fù)干預(yù)腦梗死可最大程度的恢復(fù)患者的肢體功能,減少和避免后遺癥的發(fā)生,值得臨床應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 140 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine neuromedical intervention (i.e. posture management and basic health education), while the observation group was treated with early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results there was no significant difference in Barthel,Fugl-Meyer scores between the two groups at admission (P0.05), and after one month of intervention, the Barthel,Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the patients at admission. The Barthel score and FuglMeyer score in the observation group were (60.23 鹵5.23) and (64.23 鹵5.09), respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (51.22 鹵4.87), (, 52.22 鹵5.40) (P0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86, higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion early rehabilitation intervention can recover the limb function of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce and avoid sequelae, which is worthy of clinical application.
