【摘要】：目的:研究核心肌群訓練對卒中患者平衡、步行功能的影響,分析卒中患者規(guī)避跌倒風險發(fā)生的作用。方法:選取腦卒中患者60例,隨機分為對照組和實驗組,每組30例。2組患者均采用常規(guī)康復治療方案,實驗組同時輔以核心肌群訓練,于治療前和治療2周后對患者進行軀干控制能力、平衡能力、步行能力相關(guān)量表評定,并使用Zebris平衡測試儀分析足底壓力,橢圓中心軌跡等參數(shù)。結(jié)果:治療后,2組患者軀干控制能力、平衡能力、步行能力明顯改善(P0.05),上述指標均以實驗組的改善幅度顯著,與對照組之間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:核心肌群訓練對腦卒中患者平衡和步行功能具有積極影響,可以顯著降低跌倒風險。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of core muscle group training on balance and walking function of stroke patients and to analyze the role of stroke patients in avoiding the risk of fall. Methods: sixty patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and the experimental group was supplemented with core muscle group training. Before and 2 weeks after treatment, the patients were evaluated with the related scales of trunk control, balance ability and walking ability, and the plantar pressure and elliptical center locus were analyzed by Zebris balance tester. Results: after treatment, the trunk control ability, balance ability, walking ability of the two groups were significantly improved (P0.05), the above indexes were significantly improved in the experimental group, and there was significant difference between the control group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the core muscle group training has a positive effect on the balance and walking function of stroke patients, and can significantly reduce the risk of fall.
