右向左分流與偏頭痛及卒中研究新進(jìn)展

【摘要】：正隨著對偏頭痛(migraine)、隱源性卒中等發(fā)生機制探索的不斷深入,右向左分流(right-to-left shunt,RLS)作為可能的發(fā)病因素逐漸進(jìn)入研究者的視野當(dāng)中。RLS是指左右心房、心室或體循環(huán)與肺循環(huán)之間存在潛在異常通道,當(dāng)右心系統(tǒng)壓力升高時,與左心系統(tǒng)之間壓力梯度增大,血液通過異常通道出現(xiàn)右向左的分流,根據(jù)靜息時是否出現(xiàn)可分為固有型和潛在型。按照其發(fā)生部位可分為心內(nèi)型分流和心外型分流,前者包括卵圓孔未閉(patent foramen ovale,PFO)、房間隔缺損、室間隔缺損等,后者包括肺動靜脈瘺(arteriovenous fis-
[Abstract]:Right to left shunt (right-to-left shunt,RLS), which refers to the left and right atrium, is gradually entering the researchers' field of vision as the possible pathogenesis of migraine (migraine), with the deepening of the exploration of the underlying mechanism of the underlying stroke, the right to left shunt (right-to-left shunt,RLS), which refers to the left and right atrium. There are potentially abnormal channels between ventricular or systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation. When the pressure of the right heart system increases, the pressure gradient increases with the left ventricular system, and the blood shunts from right to left through abnormal channels. It can be divided into intrinsic type and latent type according to whether they appear at rest. It can be divided into intracardiac shunt (patent foramen ovale,PFO), atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD) and extracardiac shunt (patent foramen ovale,PFO). The latter includes pulmonary arteriovenous fistula (arteriovenous fis-).
