轉(zhuǎn)甲狀腺素蛋白與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正轉(zhuǎn)甲狀腺素蛋白(transthyretin,TTR),又被稱為維生素A結(jié)合蛋白、前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)以及甲狀腺結(jié)合前清蛋白,其主要功能是維持人體內(nèi)甲狀腺素和視黃醇結(jié)合蛋白(retinol binding protein,RBP)的正常水平,在正常生理情況下可轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)大約15%的甲狀腺素~([1])。國內(nèi)、外學(xué)者研究發(fā)現(xiàn),TTR參與許多病理、生理過程,它與家族性淀粉樣周圍神經(jīng)
[Abstract]:Positive thyroxine protein (transthyretin,TTR), also known as vitamin A binding protein, prealbumin (prealbumin,PA) and thyroid binding prealbumin, is responsible for maintaining normal levels of thyroxine and retinol binding protein (retinol binding protein,RBP) in the human body. Under normal physiological conditions, about 15% of thyroxine can be transported. Domestic and foreign scholars have found that TTR is involved in many pathological and physiological processes, and it is associated with familial amyloid peripheral nerve.
