【摘要】：正慢性偏頭痛是一種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病,以復(fù)發(fā)性中度到重度頭痛為特點(diǎn),嚴(yán)重影響生活質(zhì)量~([1])。我國(guó)人群患病率為9.3%,高頻率的偏頭痛增加了頸部疼痛及頸部疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)~([2])。偏頭痛造成社會(huì)和家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)已經(jīng)高于癲癇、腦卒中和帕金森病~([3])。所以,慢性偏頭痛的治療受到國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)的極大關(guān)注。目前,藥物是預(yù)防和治療偏頭痛的最常用方法。然而,主要用于治療偏頭痛的藥物-曲坦類(lèi)、鎮(zhèn)靜劑及非
