【摘要】：正偏頭痛(migraine)是一種常見(jiàn)的慢性神經(jīng)血管性疾病,與腦卒中、情感障礙等多種疾病相關(guān)。近年發(fā)現(xiàn)偏頭痛患者中心臟右向左分流(right-to-left shunts,RLS)的檢出率顯著高于正常人群,特別是在先兆性偏頭痛患者中。這兩種疾病之間可能存在相關(guān)性,但它們的因果關(guān)系和發(fā)病機(jī)制還不完全清楚。一些學(xué)者通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)提出了一些假說(shuō),并發(fā)現(xiàn)封堵RLS能顯著緩解偏頭痛發(fā)作甚至可以治愈,然而兩項(xiàng)大型
[Abstract]:Positive migraine (migraine) is a common chronic neurovascular disease associated with stroke, affective disorders and many other diseases. In recent years, it has been found that the positive rate of right to left shunts RLSs in patients with migraine is significantly higher than that in normal people, especially in patients with aura migraine. There may be a correlation between these two diseases, but their causality and pathogenesis are not fully understood. Some scholars have proposed some hypotheses by designing experiments and found that blocking RLS can significantly relieve migraine attack or even cure migraine. However, there are two large ones.
