【摘要】：正腦卒中后神經(jīng)功能缺失不僅取決于原發(fā)病灶,還與遠(yuǎn)隔部位的遲發(fā)性損傷密切相關(guān)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大腦半球局灶性腦梗死或腦出血后遠(yuǎn)離病灶的同側(cè)或者對(duì)側(cè)海馬、紋狀體、黑質(zhì)、丘腦、腦干、脊髓等部位出現(xiàn)繼發(fā)性神經(jīng)損傷。腦梗死遠(yuǎn)隔損傷的機(jī)制包括神經(jīng)元軸突退行性變、血腦屏障的損害、神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)抑制因子的存在、神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子障礙、遠(yuǎn)隔部位血流障礙等;腦出血遠(yuǎn)隔損傷機(jī)制包括血腫內(nèi)血液成分降解產(chǎn)物的毒性作用、
[Abstract]:The loss of nerve function after stroke is not only dependent on the primary lesion, but also closely related to the delayed injury of the distant area. It was found that secondary nerve damage occurred in the hippocampus, striatum, substantia nigra, thalamus, brain stem, spinal cord and so on after focal cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the cerebral hemisphere away from the ipsilateral or contralateral hippocampus, striatum, substantia nigra, thalamus, brain stem and spinal cord. The mechanism of distant injury of cerebral infarction includes neuronal axon degeneration, blood-brain barrier damage, the existence of nerve growth inhibitor, neurotrophic factor disorder, and blood flow disorder in distant area. The mechanism of distant injury in intracerebral hemorrhage includes the toxic effect of degradation products of blood components in hematoma.
