【摘要】：目的分析后循環(huán)腦梗死的臨床特點(diǎn)及預(yù)后情況。方法選擇2016年2月~2017年2月于我院就診的后循環(huán)腦梗死患者50例,回顧性的分析其臨床資料,對(duì)患者的臨床具體表現(xiàn)和危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析。結(jié)果患者臨床癥狀集中表現(xiàn)為肢體乏力、言語(yǔ)不清和頭暈;全部危險(xiǎn)因素中,最為常見(jiàn)的為高血壓;患者預(yù)后良好率、不良率和死亡率分別為76.00%、24.00%和6.00%(3/50);治療入院時(shí)和住院時(shí)NIHSS評(píng)分比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論后循環(huán)腦梗死的臨床特點(diǎn)以肢體乏力和言語(yǔ)不清為主,致病因素主要與高血壓有關(guān),預(yù)后不良的獨(dú)立因素當(dāng)屬高NIHSS評(píng)分和后循環(huán)遠(yuǎn)端血管受累。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical features and prognosis of posterior circulation cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with posterior circulatory cerebral infarction from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical manifestations and risk factors of the patients were analyzed emphatically. Results the clinical symptoms of the patients were mainly limb fatigue, indistinct speech and dizziness. Among all the risk factors, hypertension was the most common risk factor. The rate of failure and mortality were 76.00% and 6.00%, respectively, and the NIHSS scores at admission and hospitalization were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion the main clinical features of posterior circulation cerebral infarction are limb fatigue and unclear speech. The main pathogenic factors are hypertension. The independent factors of poor prognosis are high NIHSS score and involvement of distal vessels of posterior circulation.
