【摘要】：目的:觀察芪參歸湯聯(lián)合丁苯酞注射液治療腦梗死的臨床療效。方法:將106例腦梗死患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各53例,兩組患者均采用常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療方法,對(duì)照組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用丁苯酞氯化鈉注射液,100 m L/次,每日2次;治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用芪參歸湯水煎劑,每次200 m L,早晚分兩次服用。兩組均治療2周。比較兩組神經(jīng)功能缺損恢復(fù)情況,臨床療效,腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)、全血黏度、血漿黏度指標(biāo)水平,以及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:治療組神經(jīng)功能缺損恢復(fù)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組患者臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組患者腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)、全血黏度、血漿黏度改善較對(duì)照組更明顯(P0.05);而比較兩組治療后均無(wú)不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:芪參歸湯聯(lián)合丁苯酞注射液治療腦梗死,臨床療效確切,神經(jīng)功能缺損恢復(fù)明顯,安全可靠,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qishen Gui decoction combined with butyphthalide injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: 106 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 53) and control group (n = 53). The treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment plus Qishen Gui decoction decoction, 200 mL each time, morning and evening were taken twice. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The recovery of nerve function defect, clinical effect, TNF- 偽, neuron-specific enolase (NSEE), whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the recovery of nerve function defect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05), the clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05), the tumor necrosis factor 偽 -titran (TNF- 偽), neuron specific enolase (NSEE) and whole blood viscosity in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The improvement of plasma viscosity was more obvious than that of control group (P 0.05), but there was no adverse reaction after treatment in both groups. Conclusion: Qishen Gui decoction combined with butyphthalide injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction has definite clinical effect, obvious recovery of nerve function defect, safety and reliability, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
