【摘要】：目的評(píng)估尤瑞克林對(duì)急性缺血性卒中患者腦血流自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功能的影響。方法納入發(fā)病3 d以內(nèi)的單側(cè)頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)缺血性卒中患者58例,隨機(jī)分配至尤瑞克林組和對(duì)照組,30例對(duì)照組僅給予缺血性卒中常規(guī)藥物治療,28例尤瑞克林組在常規(guī)藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上加用尤瑞克林0.15 PNA靜脈滴注,每天一次,連續(xù)應(yīng)用(8±2)d。應(yīng)用經(jīng)顱多普勒超聲聯(lián)合手指血壓監(jiān)測(cè)儀分別對(duì)兩組患者治療前、后的腦血流調(diào)節(jié)功能進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果尤瑞克林治療組,治療后患側(cè)半球相位差顯著高于治療前水平,而健側(cè)半球的相位差在治療前后無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。對(duì)照組中,治療前后患側(cè)半球和健側(cè)半球相位差差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論尤瑞克林可能改善急性缺血性卒中患者患側(cè)大腦半球的腦血流自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of eucrine on cerebral blood flow automatic regulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 58 patients with ischemic stroke of unilateral internal carotid artery system were included in the study. The control group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30) were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Only 28 patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine for ischemic stroke. In addition to the routine drug therapy, the patients in the control group received 0.15 PNA intravenous drip, once a day, continuously for 8 鹵2 days. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound and finger blood pressure monitor were used to monitor the cerebral blood flow regulation before and after treatment. Results the phase difference of the affected hemispheres after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the healthy hemispheres before and after treatment. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the affected and healthy hemispheres before and after treatment. Conclusion Urethrin may improve the cerebral blood flow automatic regulation in the affected cerebral hemispheres of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
