【摘要】：正急性間歇性卟啉病(AIP),又稱肝性卟啉病,是一種常染色體顯性遺傳病,多為成年女性發(fā)病,也有兒童發(fā)病的報道~([1]),臨床主要表現(xiàn)為皮膚損害、急性腹痛、神經(jīng)精神受損三大癥狀。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)方面可以累及自主神經(jīng)、周圍神經(jīng)和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),周圍神經(jīng)損害可發(fā)生軸突退行性變,主要累及運動神經(jīng),表現(xiàn)為四肢無力。因表現(xiàn)類似吉蘭巴雷綜合征,如果對卟啉病認識不足,臨床上比較容易誤診,延誤治療,現(xiàn)將我科收治的1例急性間歇性卟啉病報道如下。
[Abstract]:Acute intermittent porphyria (AIP), also known as hepatic porphyria, is a kind of autosomal dominant hereditary disease, most of which are adult female, and also have children's incidence of ~ ([1]). The clinical manifestations are three major symptoms: skin damage, acute abdominal pain, and neuropsychic damage. The autonomic, peripheral and central nervous system can be involved in the system of the God. The system, the peripheral nerve damage can occur axonal degeneration, mainly involving the motor nerve, showing the weakness of the extremities. Because of the performance similar to Gillain Barre syndrome, if the understanding of porphyria is insufficient, it is easier to misdiagnose and delay the treatment. 1 cases of acute intermittent porphyria reported in our department are reported as follows.
