【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)新疆維吾爾族(維族)和漢族帕金森病患者血尿酸水平的檢測(cè),研究新疆維族和漢族PD是否與血尿酸有相關(guān)性,民族、性別、病情發(fā)展、病程是否影響PD患者血尿酸水平。方法：從2011年9月-2013年9月收集新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院病128例,漢族(68)例,維族(60)例。按性別、年齡相差±5歲相匹配原則選擇健康體檢者及志愿者作為對(duì)照組144例,漢族(74)例,維族(70)例；兩組均抽取晨起空腹靜脈血3-5ml行血尿酸檢查,最終將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析比較。結(jié)果：1.維族、漢族兩民族PD組血尿酸濃度低于維族、漢族兩民族對(duì)照組血尿酸濃度,維族t=7.85,P=0.006；漢族t=8.10,P=0.005均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；2.維族PD組男性,女性尿酸濃度分別為291±46.5,269±30.9,t=2.08,P=0.056,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；對(duì)照組男性,女性血尿酸濃度350±30,320±30.13,t=1.96,P=0.06無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。漢族PD組男性,女性血尿酸濃度293±48.8,270±32.9,t=1.72,P=0.09無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；對(duì)照組男性,女性血尿酸濃度348±31.15,325±33.25,t=-1.87,P=0.053,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。3.維族PD組血尿酸濃度隨Hoehn-Yahr分級(jí)逐漸降低,第0-Ⅰ級(jí)與Ⅳ級(jí)血尿酸濃度分別為301±46.83,217±23.87,F=6.99,P=0.012,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,余亞組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；漢族PD組血尿酸濃度隨Hoehn-Yahr分級(jí)逐漸降低,第0-Ⅰ級(jí)與Ⅳ級(jí)血尿酸濃度分別為298±28.95,213±40.44F=13.26,P=0.015,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；余亞組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。4.維族PD組患者在病程的各階段的血尿酸濃度(F=5.3；P=0.08),無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；漢族PD組患者在病程的各階段的血尿酸濃度差異(F=5.1；P=0.79),無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論：血尿酸降低可能是PD的危險(xiǎn)因素,與民族、性別、病程無(wú)相關(guān)性,可能與飲食習(xí)慣、生活環(huán)境等因素有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between PD and serum uric acid in Uygur and Han patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) in Xinjiang Uygur nationality and Han nationality. Whether the course of disease affects the level of uric acid in PD patients. Methods: from September 2011 to September 2013, 128 cases of neurologic diseases, 68 cases of Han nationality and 60 cases of Uygur nationality in Department of Neurology, the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, were collected. According to the matching principle of sex and age difference of 鹵5 years, 144 healthy persons and volunteers were selected as control group, 74 cases of Han nationality and 70 cases of Uygur nationality. Finally, the data are statistically analyzed and compared. The result is 1: 1. The concentration of uric acid in PD group of Uygur nationality and Han nationality was lower than that in Uygur nationality. There was no significant difference in uric acid concentration between male and female in Uygur PD group (291 鹵46.5269 鹵30.9t), but there was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration between male and control group (350 鹵30320 鹵30.13). There was no significant difference in serum uric acid concentration between male and female in PD group (293 鹵48.8270 鹵32.9) and control group (348 鹵31.15325 鹵33.25).
