【摘要】：目的研究經(jīng)尿道前列腺綠激光汽化術(shù)(PVP)治療良性前列腺梗阻(BPO)伴帕金森病(PD)的療效及安全性。方法選擇2008年7月至2016年5月收治的BPO伴PD患者20例,65~75歲,平均(69.85±3.12)歲,平均國際前列腺癥狀評分(IPSS)(23.40±5.89)分,平均最大尿流率(Qmax)(5.75±1.71)m L/s�；颊呔霈F(xiàn)排尿困難癥狀并確診為BPO伴PD,均排除合并多系統(tǒng)萎縮病(MSA),采用配對t檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行組間比較,評估行PVP手術(shù)的療效。結(jié)果 20例手術(shù)均順利完成,平均手術(shù)時間(66.3±13.10)min,術(shù)后3個月患者平均IPSS(7.10±2.59)分,Qmax(14.03±4.40)m L/s,均較術(shù)前明顯改善。4例患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)急迫性尿失禁,經(jīng)過盆底肌訓(xùn)練后好轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論 PVP是BPO伴PD患者解除尿路梗阻及改善癥狀的一種安全有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the efficacy and safety of transurethral green laser vaporization of prostate (PVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic obstruction (BPO) with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods Twenty patients with BPO with PD from July 2008 to May 2016 were selected. The mean age was 69.85 鹵3.12 years old, the mean international prostatic symptom score was 23.40 鹵5.89, and the mean maximum urinary flow rate was 5.75 鹵1.71 mL / s. All the patients had dysuria symptoms and were diagnosed as BPO with PD.MSAs were excluded from patients with multiple system atrophy and compared with each other by paired t test to evaluate the effect of PVP operation. Results all the 20 cases were successfully completed, the average operation time was 66.3 鹵13.10 min, and the average IPSS(7.10 鹵2.59) score was 14.03 鹵4.40 m / L / s in 3 months after operation, which was significantly better than that before operation in 4 patients with acute urinary incontinence, and improved after pelvic floor muscle training. Conclusion PVP is a safe and effective method for relieving urinary tract obstruction and improving symptoms in patients with BPO and PD.
