不同癲癇發(fā)作類型發(fā)作間期和發(fā)作后血清ATP ADP及AMP水解率的動態(tài)變化

【摘要】:目的探討不同癲癇發(fā)作類型發(fā)作間期和發(fā)作后血清ATP、ADP和AMP水解率的變化。方法選擇2014-03—2015-12我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的癲癇患者65例(全面性發(fā)作組33例,復雜部分性發(fā)作組32例),收集同期在我院門診進行常規(guī)體檢的正常人員35例為健康對照組,采用紫外線吸收分光光度法,觀察病例組癲癇發(fā)作后5、10、20、30、60min和10h時的ATP、ADP和AMP水解率變化情況,并與健康對照組比較;觀察全面性發(fā)作組和復雜部分性發(fā)作組癲癇發(fā)作后5、10、20、30、60min和10h時的ATP、ADP和AMP水解率變化情況,并進行比較;采用SPSS 21.0版本統(tǒng)計學軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)處理。結果病例組發(fā)作間期ATP水解率、ADP水解率、AMP水解率與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);發(fā)作后5min時ATP水解率、ADP水解率、AMP水解率均明顯升高,其中ATP水解率在發(fā)作后20min達峰值,之后逐漸下降,至發(fā)作后10h恢復至發(fā)作間期水平;ADP水解率、AMP水解率在發(fā)作后5min達峰值,隨后逐漸下降,至發(fā)作后60min即恢復至發(fā)作間期水平;全面性發(fā)作組和部分性發(fā)作組相比,癲癇發(fā)作后5min,20min血清ATP水解率、ADP水解率、AMP水解率升高更為顯著(P0.05)。結論癲癇發(fā)作后腺苷酸水解率明顯升高,全面性發(fā)作患者與部分性發(fā)作患者相比,腺苷酸水解率升高更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of ADP and AMP hydrolysis rate in serum during and after different seizure types.Methods Sixty-five epileptic patients (33 patients with comprehensive seizure group and 32 patients with complex partial seizure group) were selected from neurology department of our hospital from 2014-03-2015-12. 35 normal persons who underwent routine physical examination in outpatient department of our hospital at the same time were selected as healthy control group.Ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry was used to observe the changes of ATP ADP and AMP hydrolysis rate at 30min and 10h after epileptic seizure in the case group, and the results were compared with those in the healthy control group.The changes of ATP ADP and AMP hydrolysis rate were observed and compared at 60 min and 10 h after seizure in patients with global seizure and complex partial seizure, and the data were processed by SPSS 21.0 version statistical software.Results there was no significant difference in ATP hydrolysis rate and ADP hydrolysis rate between the two groups compared with the control group (P 0.05), but the ATP hydrolysis rate and the ADP hydrolysis rate in the 5min group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the ATP hydrolysis rate reached its peak value after the onset of 20min.Then decreased gradually, and recovered to the interictal level at 10 h after attack. The hydrolysis rate of 5min reached its peak value after attack, then gradually decreased, and 60min recovered to the interictal level after attack.The hydrolysis rate of serum ATP and the hydrolysis rate of AMP were significantly increased 5 min after seizure and 20 min after seizure (P 0.05).Conclusion the hydrolysis rate of adenylate in patients with generalized seizure was significantly higher than that in patients with partial seizures.
