觸覺虛擬環(huán)境下疲勞對(duì)中風(fēng)病人康復(fù)評(píng)定績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:中風(fēng)康復(fù)指的是訓(xùn)練病人肢體的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能,在此過程中,中風(fēng)病人的肢體功能評(píng)定非常重要。肢體功能評(píng)定的方式主要是通過評(píng)價(jià)病人執(zhí)行任務(wù)的績(jī)效來進(jìn)行的。本文研究的康復(fù)是基于電腦系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的肢體功能評(píng)估:病人在家中的觸覺虛擬環(huán)境下執(zhí)行一項(xiàng)任務(wù),其任務(wù)的結(jié)果通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸給醫(yī)生,該方法對(duì)于功能評(píng)估存在的問題是醫(yī)生并不知道病人在執(zhí)行任務(wù)時(shí)的心理狀態(tài),這會(huì)導(dǎo)致醫(yī)生無法知道高架(elevated)心理狀態(tài)是否會(huì)對(duì)病人執(zhí)行任務(wù)的績(jī)效產(chǎn)生明顯影響?如果高架(elevated)心理狀態(tài)會(huì)對(duì)病人執(zhí)行任務(wù)的績(jī)效產(chǎn)生明顯影響,上述肢體功能評(píng)估方法就會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的誤差。 本論文研究的總體目標(biāo)是尋找上述問題的答案。研究關(guān)注中風(fēng)病人的高架(elevated)精神疲勞狀態(tài),具體目標(biāo)有三個(gè):(i)開發(fā)用于功能評(píng)估的觸覺虛擬環(huán)境原型系統(tǒng),(ii)開發(fā)基于生理信號(hào)的疲勞狀態(tài)推理系統(tǒng),(iii)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)來產(chǎn)生疲勞對(duì)任務(wù)績(jī)效影響的知識(shí)。 本研究得出如下結(jié)論:(1)所提出的觸覺虛擬環(huán)境系統(tǒng)對(duì)于手腕協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動(dòng)任務(wù)和手腕伸展運(yùn)動(dòng)任務(wù)是有效的,并且對(duì)于其他任務(wù)可能是非常有前景的,(2)對(duì)于疲勞狀態(tài)的兩種狀態(tài),本研究所提出的疲勞推理系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)到了94.56%,(3)在手腕伸展任務(wù)和手腕協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動(dòng)任務(wù)中,高架(elevated)疲勞狀態(tài)會(huì)對(duì)任務(wù)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生明顯影響。 本論文的主要貢獻(xiàn)在于:(1)形成了在家庭康復(fù)環(huán)境下疲勞對(duì)病人所執(zhí)行任務(wù)績(jī)效影響的新知識(shí),(2)相比于已提出的疲勞推理系統(tǒng),本研究提出了具有更高準(zhǔn)確率的疲勞推理系統(tǒng),(3)更加便于識(shí)別基于個(gè)體的疲勞推理方法和基于群體的疲勞推理方法的不同之處。
[Abstract]:Stroke rehabilitation refers to the training of the motor function of the patient's limbs, in which the assessment of the limb function of the stroke patient is very important.The evaluation of limb function is mainly conducted by evaluating the performance of the patient in carrying out the task.The rehabilitation study in this paper is based on the evaluation of limb function in computer systems and network environments: patients perform a task in their home tactile virtual environment, the results of which are transmitted to doctors via the network.The problem with this method for functional evaluation is that doctors do not know the mental state of patients when performing tasks, which results in doctors unable to know whether the mental state of elevated tasks will have a significant impact on the performance of patients.If the elevated mental state has a significant impact on the performance of the patient's task, there will be a great deal of error in the methods mentioned above.The overall goal of this thesis is to find the answers to the above questions.The study looked at the elevated mental fatigue of stroke patients.There are three specific objectives: (1) to develop a prototype system of tactile virtual environment for functional evaluation. () to develop a physiological signal-based fatigue state inference system (FSA) to design experiments to produce knowledge of the effects of fatigue on task performance.In this study, we draw the following conclusion: the tactile virtual environment system proposed in this study is effective for wrist coordination and wrist stretching tasks, and may be very promising for other tasks.The accuracy of the fatigue inference system proposed in this study is 94.56) in the tasks of wrist stretching and coordinated wrist movement, elevated fatigue will have a significant impact on task performance.The main contribution of this thesis lies in the formation of a new knowledge of the effect of fatigue on the performance of patients' performance in the family rehabilitation environment.In this study, a fatigue reasoning system with higher accuracy is proposed, which is more convenient to identify the differences between individual-based fatigue reasoning methods and population-based fatigue reasoning methods.
