基于獨(dú)立成分分析的腦卒中感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能連接異常的研究

【摘要】:目的:運(yùn)用獨(dú)立成分分析(independent component analysis,ICA)探討腦卒中偏癱患者感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能連接變化。方法:收集33例慢性期左側(cè)皮質(zhì)下腦卒中患者和34例年齡、性別相匹配的健康志愿者的靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像(resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)數(shù)據(jù),采用組ICA方法提取出健康對(duì)照組與腦卒中患者組的感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),并運(yùn)用雙樣本t檢驗(yàn)(P0.05,AlphaSim校正)比較其組間差異。結(jié)果:與健康對(duì)照組相比,ICA提取出的感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(包括背側(cè)、腹側(cè)、左側(cè)和右側(cè)感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò))在患者組均顯示其內(nèi)功能連接明顯下降,具體涉及腦區(qū)有:背側(cè)感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的左側(cè)中央前回和右側(cè)中央后回,腹側(cè)感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的左側(cè)中央后回,左側(cè)感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的左側(cè)輔助運(yùn)動(dòng)皮質(zhì)和右側(cè)中央后回,右側(cè)感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的左側(cè)中央前后回。結(jié)論:腦卒中偏癱患者涉及全身感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能連接網(wǎng)絡(luò)損傷,ICA為更加全面了解感覺(jué)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能損傷機(jī)制提供了一種新的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of sensorimotor network function in stroke patients with hemiplegia by independent component analysis (ICA). Methods: Thirty-three patients with chronic left subcortical stroke and 34 patients with chronic subcortical stroke were collected. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imagings-f MRI data of sex-matched healthy volunteers were used to extract sensorimotor networks from healthy controls and stroke patients by ICA method. Results: compared with the healthy control group, the sensory motor network (including dorsal side, ventral side) extracted by ICA was compared with that of the control group. The left and right sensorimotor networks showed a significant decrease in the functional connections in the patient group, including the left precentral gyrus and the right posterior central gyrus in the dorsal sensory motor network. The left posterior central gyrus in the ventral sensory motor network, the left auxiliary motor cortex and the right posterior central gyrus in the left sensory motor network. Conclusion: in stroke patients with hemiplegia, the total sensorimotor function associated with network injury provides a new and effective way to understand the mechanism of sensorimotor dysfunction.
