【摘要】：目的探討嗜酸粒細(xì)胞與顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤(IA)的相關(guān)性。方法回顧性分析我院2014年1月至2015年12月住院的79例IA患者和65例對(duì)照組的外周血嗜酸粒細(xì)胞水平及相關(guān)臨床資料,應(yīng)用Logistics回歸分析IA形成的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,IA患者嗜酸粒細(xì)胞、血小板計(jì)數(shù)明顯升高[(0.18±0.12)109/L vs.(0.12±0.09)109/L;(196.44±57.33)109/L vs.(178.80±47.23)109/L,P均0.05],血小板分布寬度、平均血小板體積則降低[(13.95±3.332)fL vs.(15.30±3.5)fL;(11.02±1.73)fL vs.(11.66±1.31)fL,P均0.05];多因素Logistics回歸分析顯示嗜酸粒細(xì)胞是IA的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論嗜酸粒細(xì)胞升高是IA形成的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between eosinophil and intracranial aneurysm (IAA). Methods the eosinophil levels and clinical data of 79 IA patients and 65 controls in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results compared with the control group, the eosinophils and platelet count were significantly increased [0.18 鹵0.12 鹵109 / L vs.(0.12 鹵0.09 鹵109 / L], and the platelet distribution width was 196.44 鹵57.33 / L vs.(178.80 鹵47.23 / L / L / L respectively. The mean platelet volume was decreased [11.02 鹵1.73)fL vs.(11.66 鹵1.31 vs.(15.30 鹵1.31 fLU P 0.05], and multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that eosinophil was an independent risk factor of IA. Conclusion the increase of eosinophil is an independent risk factor for the formation of IA.
