腦血疏對大鼠腦出血的行為學及凝血功能的影響

【摘要】:目的研究腦血疏對大鼠腦出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)的行為學及凝血功能的影響。方法 21只大鼠通過注射Ⅳ型膠原酶建立ICH模型,采用數(shù)字表法隨機分為:對照組、A組和B組,A、B組分別給予高濃度和低濃度腦血疏,神經功能評分采用Longa評分法、前肢踩空試驗和12分評分法3種方法分別在腦出血后24、48、72 h進行神經功能評分和稱體質量,72 h后采血進行凝血酶原時間(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時間(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纖維蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)、凝血酶時間(thrombin time,TT)、國際標準化比值(International Normalized Ratio,INR)檢測。結果體質量比較顯示:A組和B組的24 h與72 h體質量比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),B組和對照組的72 h體質量比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);Longa評分結果顯示:B組的24、48和72 h Longa評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);凝血四項指標結果顯示:B組和對照組的PT差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),A組和對照組的APTT差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),B組和對照組的APTT差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),B組和對照組的INR差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論腦血疏可以改善腦出血急性期大鼠體質量下降以及神經功能評分,機制與其影響凝血功能有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the cerebral blood thinning of cerebral hemorrhage rats (intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH) influence the behavior and coagulation function. Methods 21 rats ICH model was established by injection of collagenase, were randomly divided into three groups: control group, A group and B group, A, B groups were given high concentration and a low concentration of Naoxueshu, neurological score by Longa score method, 3 methods of forelimb placing test and 12 score respectively after intracerebral hemorrhage 24,48,72 h neurological score and body weight, 72 h after the blood prothrombin time (prothrombin time, PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT), fibrinogen (fibrinogen, Fib), thrombin time (thrombin, time, TT), international normalized ratio (International Normalized Ratio, INR) detection.
