【摘要】：目的研究腦血疏對(duì)大鼠腦出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)的行為學(xué)及凝血功能的影響。方法 21只大鼠通過注射Ⅳ型膠原酶建立ICH模型,采用數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為:對(duì)照組、A組和B組,A、B組分別給予高濃度和低濃度腦血疏,神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分采用Longa評(píng)分法、前肢踩空試驗(yàn)和12分評(píng)分法3種方法分別在腦出血后24、48、72 h進(jìn)行神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分和稱體質(zhì)量,72 h后采血進(jìn)行凝血酶原時(shí)間(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纖維蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)、凝血酶時(shí)間(thrombin time,TT)、國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化比值(International Normalized Ratio,INR)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果體質(zhì)量比較顯示:A組和B組的24 h與72 h體質(zhì)量比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),B組和對(duì)照組的72 h體質(zhì)量比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Longa評(píng)分結(jié)果顯示:B組的24、48和72 h Longa評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);凝血四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)結(jié)果顯示:B組和對(duì)照組的PT差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),A組和對(duì)照組的APTT差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),B組和對(duì)照組的APTT差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),B組和對(duì)照組的INR差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腦血疏可以改善腦出血急性期大鼠體質(zhì)量下降以及神經(jīng)功能評(píng)分,機(jī)制與其影響凝血功能有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the cerebral blood thinning of cerebral hemorrhage rats (intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH) influence the behavior and coagulation function. Methods 21 rats ICH model was established by injection of collagenase, were randomly divided into three groups: control group, A group and B group, A, B groups were given high concentration and a low concentration of Naoxueshu, neurological score by Longa score method, 3 methods of forelimb placing test and 12 score respectively after intracerebral hemorrhage 24,48,72 h neurological score and body weight, 72 h after the blood prothrombin time (prothrombin time, PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT), fibrinogen (fibrinogen, Fib), thrombin time (thrombin, time, TT), international normalized ratio (International Normalized Ratio, INR) detection.
