(Timed up and go test,TUGT);以及Pro Kin平衡儀的評估,參數(shù)包括Y-COP標準差、運動軌跡長度、運動軌跡面積、踝關節(jié)背伸與跖屈肌群的等速峰力矩等平衡功能相關指標的測量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of isokinetic muscle strength training to strengthen the muscle strength of ankle flexion and extensor muscle group. Methods 40 elderly stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 20), treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 10) received routine rehabilitation therapy. To increase the isokinetic muscle strength training for ankle dorsal extension and flexor metatarsus. 2 patients in group 2 were given Berg balance scale before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment; "stand up and go test" test; and Pro Kin balance meter. The parameters included the Y-COP standard deviation, the length of motion trajectory, the area of motion trajectory, the isokinetic peak moment of ankle extension and metatarsal flexor muscle group, etc. Results the patients in both groups underwent balance training. Compared with the control group, the balance function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the ankle isokinetic muscle strength training is better than that of the control group. It can obviously improve the muscle strength and balance function of ankle extension and metatarsal flexion muscle group in senile stroke patients.
