【摘要】：目的:觀察蓯蓉益腎顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸多奈哌齊片對帕金森病癡呆(PDD)患者精神狀態(tài)、生活質量的影響及安全性。方法:將60例PDD患者按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組,各30例。兩組患者均服用治療帕金森病的藥物,對照組患者在此基礎上口服鹽酸多奈哌齊片5 mg,qd;治療組患者在對照組基礎上加服蓯蓉益腎顆粒2 g,bid。兩組療程均為6個月。觀察兩組患者治療前后簡易智能量表(MMSE)、蒙特利爾認知評估量表(Mo CA)、日常生活活動量表(ADL-R)認知部分(ADAS-Cog)、ADL-R評分和中醫(yī)癥狀積分,并比較兩組患者不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果:治療前,兩組患者MMSE、Mo CA、ADAS-Cog、ADL-R評分和中醫(yī)癥狀積分比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者MMSE、Mo CA評分均顯著升高,ADAS-Cog、ADL-R評分和中醫(yī)癥狀積分均顯著降低,且治療組評分顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組患者均未見明顯不良反應發(fā)生。結論:蓯蓉益腎顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸多奈哌齊片能明顯改善PDD患者精神狀態(tài)和認知能力,緩解臨床癥狀,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect and safety of Cistanche Yishen granule combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride on the mental state, quality of life and safety of PD patients with Parkinson's disease dementia. Methods: sixty patients with PDD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 30 patients in each group were treated with drugs for Parkinson's disease. On this basis, the patients in the control group received oral administration of Donepezil Hydrochloride tablets for 5 mg / g QD, and the patients in the treatment group were given Cistanche Yishen granule 2 g bid on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months. The simple Intelligence scale (MMSE) before and after treatment was observed in both groups. The cognitive part of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MCAA) and the activity of Daily living scale (ADL-RV) were as follows: ADAS-Cogan ADL-R score and TCM symptom score. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of MMSEMo, CAA, ADAS-Cog-Cog-Cog-ADL-R and the scores of TCM symptoms, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). The MMSE Mo CA scores in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of ADAS-Cogan ADL-R and TCM symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion: Congrong Yishen granule combined with Donepezil Hydrochloride tablets can significantly improve mental state and cognitive ability of patients with PDD, relieve clinical symptoms, and have high safety.
