狂犬病毒糖蛋白中多肽片段作為腦靶向藥物載體的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:狂犬病毒糖蛋白(rabies virus glycoprotein,RVG)中的多肽片段因其具有嗜神經(jīng)性、血腦屏障通透性和生物安全性等優(yōu)勢(shì),目前已成為研究最為活躍的腦靶向藥物載體。RVG多肽片段與蛋白質(zhì)或核酸連接后,可直接將其輸送到腦內(nèi)。此外,多肽片段還可與載藥多聚物、納米粒子或脂質(zhì)體等偶聯(lián),引導(dǎo)后者快速進(jìn)入腦內(nèi)。RVG多肽片段為化合物、蛋白質(zhì)、質(zhì)粒、siRNA、miRNA等生物分子治療腦部疾病提供了一個(gè)安全有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:The polypeptide fragments in rabies virus glycoprotein virus (RVG) have become the most active brain targeting drug vector. RVG has been linked with protein or nucleic acid because of its neurophilic properties, blood-brain barrier permeability and biological safety. It can be transported directly into the brain. In addition, polypeptide fragments can be coupled with drug-loaded polymers, nanoparticles or liposomes, leading the latter to rapidly enter the brain into the brain. RVG polypeptide fragments are compounds, proteins, etc. Plasmid siRNA-miRNA and other biomolecules provide a safe and effective way to treat brain diseases.
