【摘要】：藥學(xué)作為一門(mén)與人類(lèi)健康和社會(huì)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)的實(shí)用學(xué)科,它的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用為改善人類(lèi)醫(yī)療保健水平、提高人們生活質(zhì)量,做出了不可估量的貢獻(xiàn)。而醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)也成為發(fā)展最快的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也逐漸成為各個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),得到了政府和社會(huì)權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)的重視。此外,國(guó)家地區(qū)之間的醫(yī)藥品貿(mào)易在某種程度上成為了人類(lèi)健康的保障。因而,無(wú)論是從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的角度還是從社會(huì)利益的角度,藥學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展都有舉足輕重的地位。相應(yīng)的,作為藥學(xué)發(fā)展的服務(wù)行業(yè),能夠?yàn)閲?guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥學(xué)交流交際提供必要的支持,藥學(xué)英語(yǔ)和藥學(xué)翻譯行業(yè)也實(shí)踐中得到了逐步的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)藥學(xué)科技的發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支持,并從語(yǔ)言的角度支持國(guó)內(nèi)的藥學(xué)科技成果在國(guó)際上更順利地得以發(fā)表承認(rèn)。隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)、跨文化交流日益增多,藥學(xué)科技文體及其翻譯的重要作用也日益顯現(xiàn),因而保證醫(yī)藥學(xué)文本翻譯的準(zhǔn)確性和精確性也顯得尤為重要。 藥品國(guó)際貿(mào)易中,多數(shù)單位在準(zhǔn)備注冊(cè)申報(bào)時(shí)往往按照SFDA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(國(guó)內(nèi)注冊(cè))成文,而要翻譯為英文文檔時(shí)則要從FDA或其他不同國(guó)家的組織機(jī)構(gòu)獲取樣本文檔。同時(shí),對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)多數(shù)做仿制藥的廠(chǎng)家。在獲取即將失效的專(zhuān)利藥材料(英文)后,需要翻譯成中文,以便研發(fā)部門(mén)及其他相關(guān)工作人員學(xué)習(xí)使用。這些文檔的翻譯直接涉及到藥品生產(chǎn)、毒理試驗(yàn)及安全性評(píng)估等方面,所以一定要杜絕誤譯、亂譯等做法。對(duì)于在醫(yī)藥科技發(fā)展水平明顯落后,技術(shù)輸入遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于輸出的中國(guó)醫(yī)藥科研者來(lái)說(shuō),準(zhǔn)確可信的藥學(xué)科技英語(yǔ)的翻譯能夠幫助生產(chǎn)者們跟上國(guó)際前沿醫(yī)藥科技研究的腳步。藥學(xué)科技英語(yǔ)的文體形式多樣,涉及醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)、綜述、藥學(xué)科技論文、藥品儀器說(shuō)明書(shū)、藥品注冊(cè)申請(qǐng)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),操作規(guī)范、基金專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)等,有著語(yǔ)言客觀(guān)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、規(guī)范、預(yù)期正式、文體質(zhì)樸、專(zhuān)業(yè)語(yǔ)氣強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。醫(yī)藥學(xué)科技英語(yǔ)中,語(yǔ)言往往文章長(zhǎng)難句多、被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)句子多、專(zhuān)有名詞、專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)頻繁出現(xiàn),專(zhuān)門(mén)性強(qiáng),在一定程度上增加了翻譯者尤其是非專(zhuān)業(yè)背景的翻譯者的翻譯難度。 本文根據(jù)藥學(xué)科技英語(yǔ)文體的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合翻譯實(shí)踐案例,探討藥學(xué)科技英語(yǔ)翻譯中專(zhuān)有名詞,專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的有效翻譯方法。
[Abstract]:Pharmacy is a practical subject closely related to human health and social development. Its development and application are to improve the level of human health care and improve the quality of life. The pharmaceutical industry has become one of the fastest-growing industries, and its related industries have gradually become important pillar industries in various countries and regions. In addition, the trade in pharmaceuticals between countries and regions has to some extent become a guarantee of human health. Whether from the perspective of economic development or from the perspective of social interests, the development of pharmaceutical industry has a pivotal position. Accordingly, as a pharmaceutical development of the service industry. It can provide the necessary support for the communication of medicine and pharmacy at home and abroad, the pharmaceutical English and pharmaceutical translation industry has also been gradually developed in practice, and the development of domestic pharmaceutical science and technology provides technical support. And from a linguistic point of view to support the domestic pharmaceutical science and technology achievements in the international publication more smoothly. With the rapid development of modern medical science and technology, cross-cultural exchanges are increasing. The important role of pharmaceutical scientific style and its translation is becoming more and more important, so it is particularly important to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of the translation of medical texts. In the international trade of drugs, most of the units in preparation for registration and declaration are often written according to the SFDA standards (domestic registration). To be translated into English documents, sample documents are obtained from FDA or other organizations in different countries. At the same time. For most generic drug manufacturers in China, they need to be translated into Chinese after obtaining the patent medicine materials that are about to expire. For R & D and other related staff to learn to use. The translation of these documents directly related to drug production, toxicological tests and safety evaluation, so we must avoid misinterpretation. For those Chinese medical researchers who lag behind in the development of medical science and technology and whose technological input is far greater than the output. Accurate and credible translation of pharmaceutical science and technology English can help producers keep up with the pace of international frontier pharmaceutical science and technology research. Pharmaceutical science and technology English has a variety of stylistic forms, involving medical literature, summary, pharmaceutical science and technology papers. Drug instrument specification, drug registration application, quality standard, operation standard, fund patent application, etc., have objective language, rigorous, standard, expected formal, simple style. In medical science and technology English, the language is often long and difficult to sentence, passive voice sentence more, proper nouns, professional terms frequently appear, the specificity is strong. To some extent, it makes it more difficult for translators, especially those with non-professional background. Based on the stylistic characteristics of pharmaceutical English for science and technology, this paper discusses the effective translation methods of proper nouns and technical terms in the translation of pharmaceutical science and technology English.
