【摘要】：目的:探討丙戊酸鈉聯(lián)合左乙拉西坦小兒癲癇的療效及安全性。方法:選取2014年2月—2015年2月收治的82例癲癇患兒,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組41例和觀察組41例。對照組患兒給予丙戊酸鈉聯(lián)合托吡酯,觀察組患兒給予丙戊酸鈉聯(lián)合左乙拉西坦,觀察2組患兒的療效、相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組患兒的總有效率為95.12%(39/41),明顯高于對照組的80.49%(33/41),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2組患兒血鈣、血磷水平均較治療前降低,且觀察組改善情況優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2組患兒均未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:丙戊酸鈉聯(lián)合左乙拉西坦治療小兒癲癇的療效顯著,可明顯改善患兒癥狀,安全性較高,在臨床中具有良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of combination of sodium valproate and levetiracetam in children with epilepsy. Methods: 82 cases of children with epilepsy from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group of 41 cases and 41 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with valproate and topiramate, observation group were given sodium valproate combined with left etiracetam, to observe the curative effect of 2 groups of children, the incidence of related laboratory parameters and adverse reactions. Results: after the treatment, the observation group with the total effective rate was 95.12% (39/41), significantly higher than the control group 80.49% (33/41), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); 2 groups of children with lower blood calcium, phosphorus levels were compared with before treatment, and the observation group improved better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the 2 groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion: sodium valproate combined with left B Lacita treatment of pediatric epilepsy therapy It has remarkable effect and can obviously improve the symptoms and safety of the children. It has good application value in clinic.
