【摘要】：目的探討Solitaire支架取栓治療急性腦內(nèi)血管閉塞的臨床效果及安全性。方法對2015-01—2016-03我院收治的60例急性腦梗死患者均采用Solitaire支架血管內(nèi)取栓治療,分析其治療效果及手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果 60例患者均順利完成Solitaire支架血管內(nèi)的機(jī)械性治療,再通急性閉塞的血管,治療后1個(gè)月、2個(gè)月及3個(gè)月美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)評分、改良Rankin量表(modified Rankin scale,mRS)評分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論 Solitaire支架對急性腦血管閉塞的取栓治療安全且療效顯著,尤其對前循環(huán)動(dòng)脈閉塞患者具有較好的再通效果,可有效改善患者的神經(jīng)功能,提高生存質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and safety of Solitaire stent thrombectomy in the treatment of acute cerebral vascular occlusion. Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated from 2015-01-2016-03 in our hospital. All patients were treated with Solitaire stent endovascular thrombectomy. Results 60 cases of Solitaire stents successfully completed the mechanical treatment of intravascular, re-opened the acute occlusion of blood vessels, 1 month after treatment. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale was included in the National Institute of Health Stroke scale for 2 and 3 months. NIHSS score, modified Rankin scale, modified Rankin scale. The scores of mRSs were significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion Solitaire stent is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral vascular occlusion. Especially for the patients with anterior circulatory artery occlusion, it has better recanalization effect, can effectively improve the neurological function of patients, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
