文章摘要：目的探討集束化護(hù)理干預(yù)預(yù)防神經(jīng)外科手術(shù)患者術(shù)中壓瘡的效果。方法根據(jù)時間段選取神經(jīng)外科擇期手術(shù)患者各100例作為對照組和觀察組,對照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組進(jìn)行集束化護(hù)理干預(yù),比較兩組患者術(shù)中壓瘡發(fā)生率,患者手術(shù)滿意度以及�？菩〗M護(hù)士的專業(yè)能力。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)中壓瘡發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組（P〈0.05）,患者手術(shù)滿意度評價顯著高于對照組（P〈0.01）,�？菩〗M護(hù)士專業(yè)能力考核成績較實施前顯著提高（P〈0.01）。結(jié)論集束化護(hù)理干預(yù)能有效降低神經(jīng)外科手術(shù)患者術(shù)中壓瘡發(fā)生率,提高患者手術(shù)滿意度,提升護(hù)士的專業(yè)能力,確保護(hù)理質(zhì)量。

Abstr：Objective To explore the effect of bundle of care on prevention of intraoperative pressure ulcer in patients undergoing neurosurgical surgery.Methods Patients who were going to undergo neurosurgical elective surgery were randomized into two groups according to chronological order,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care and others in the observation group received bundle of care.The rate of intraoperative pressure ulcer,patients′surgical satisfaction and professional capacity of specialty nurses were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the rate of intraoperative pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower（P〈0.05）,patients′surgical satisfaction and professional capacity of specialty nurses were higher（P〈0.01 for both）.Conclusion Bundle of care reduces the rate of intraoperative pressure ulcer,increases patients′surgical satisfaction and improves nurses′professional capacity,thus to ensure the nursing quality.
