血清miR-146a作為膿毒癥診斷標(biāo)記物的研究

【摘要】:目的:探討miR-146a在膿毒癥患者血清中的表達(dá)及診斷價(jià)值。方法:采集98例一般膿毒癥患者、69例重癥膿毒癥患者及30例健康人血清,檢測(cè)miR-146a的表達(dá),ROC曲線分析miR-146a在膿毒癥中的診斷意義。結(jié)果:miR-146a在健康組、一般膿毒癥組與重癥膿毒癥組中的表達(dá)依次降低,ROC曲線分析表明miR-146a診斷膿毒癥的曲線下面積為0.983,當(dāng)miR-146a為0.805時(shí)診斷膿毒癥的敏感度和特異性分別為0.967和0.940;其陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值和陰性預(yù)測(cè)值分別為0.994和0.744。miR-146a診斷膿毒癥嚴(yán)重程度的曲線下面積為0.943,miR-146a為0.530診斷膿毒癥敏感度和特異性分別為0.796和0.986;其陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值和陰性預(yù)測(cè)值分別為0.773和0.987。結(jié)論:miR-146a的表達(dá)可以作為膿毒癥的早期診斷以及膿毒癥嚴(yán)重程度的生物標(biāo)志物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and diagnostic value of miR-146a in serum of sepsis patients. Methods: the serum samples of 69 patients with severe sepsis and 30 healthy subjects were collected from 98 patients with general sepsis and 30 healthy controls. The expression of miR-146a and miR-146a in sepsis were analyzed by ROC curve. Results: miR-146a was in the healthy group, The analysis of ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of miR-146a diagnosis of sepsis was 0.983, and the sensitivity and specificity of miR-146a were 0.967 and 0.940 respectively when miR-146a was 0.805. The area under the curve of 0.744.miR-146a was 0.943 miR-146a for the diagnosis of sepsis, the sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of sepsis were 0.796 and 0.986, the positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 0.773 and 0.987, respectively. Conclusion the expression of miR-146a can be used as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of sepsis and the severity of sepsis.
